Just wanted to start off and say I've been coming to this bakery for many years, the triangle blueberry white chocolate scones are to absolutely die for. I've bought my body weight in them 😂

Despite this, there has been many issues with the women who works up front during the days, she's combative, rude, and demeaning. She acts like customers are doing a disservice for being in her presence and truly ruins the experience this bakery has given my family for many years.

I'll keep coming back for the scones and other goodies, but I can't say I'll keep supporting this bakery if this is the level of service being given.

I have been going to this bakery for a number of years. The young lady that use to work there was an absolute pleasure!
Since September 2025 there is another woman serving the counter. She is miserable and rude! I since asked her about the young girl that use to serve at the counter, if she was still working there and her response was “does it look like it? I am the one that is here so I guess not!” Someone needs to remind her without clients she would not have a job! I bought over $70 worth of items. She did not ask if I needed a box or bag or offer to help! The cookies I bought were as hard as rock. I have been a good customer for a number of years. The service and quality has deteriorated!

The lady behind the counter was so miserable and rude. Then the cinnamon buns were hard as rock for 6$ a piece. Very disappointed as it is a neighborhood bakery but I won’t go back.

They have lots of vegan options!!!!! So hard to find things that are both gluten free and vegan!

I am heartened to see so many 5 star reviews, so I am likely to give the bakery another try. My sole experience, however, was not good. I went there on Jan 4 (Sunday). The shelves were depleted as they ran out of the flour used to make sourdough and other products. I decided to try a loaf of cheese bread. I threw it out. It was that bad. I am hoping that it was because it had sat on the shelf for too long, but that's a major problem in its own right.

The bread was grossly stale (albeit, I didn't eat it until the 5th) and fell apart at a touch. It could not be used to hold a sandwich, even if it were edible.

Anyway, I will give them a last shot on the sourdough.

Good morning Daren,

I can't seem to send a separate response to your response, so I am editing my review. It was gluten free cheese bread at your 90th avenue location that I bought. It is the sourdough I would like to try.

I ordered a cake for a friends birthday and had an excellent experience with this bakery. They were great with communicating and making sure I got exactly what I wanted and the cake was absolutely delicious!

Stopped in since we were in the city and I was blown away by both the variety and the deliciousness of everything in the bakery!
Hard pressed to tell its gluten free, some of the best tasting treats I've had from a bakery... period.

This entirely gluten-free bakery is well worth going out of your way for. The desserts are incredible, and the customer service is always warm and friendly. I’ve been coming here for three years now, and it never disappoints.

I ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday. Their gluten free Black Forest cake is delicious! Very fluffy, no weird texture or strange taste that sometimes occurs with GF products. And the staff were so helpful!

The last 2 visits, I have purchased very dry-multi day old baking. The first time, I returned a cupcake and was given a fresh delicious one. Today, I tried to select what was the freshest baking, but the carrot cake is again, super dry. I am not sure whether I need to ask for fresh baking or just give up. I have really tried to be loyal to this bakery but keep finding it is unreliable in terms of quality.

I still remember the first time I went here. One of my friends learned that I was celiac. That was the day I had my first danish and cried the happy tears of a sweet-tooth in heaven. Know that I'll be coming here till my teeth fall out.

Today I had my first eclair (however you spell it) and again I cried from joy.
Thank-you so much for giving this gluten free sugar gremlin a chance to know the sweet kiss of a beautiful pastry.
