I've been a few times and have always really enjoyed my meals. I've Had the fried calamari, signature beef noodles, the stirred beef and soup dumplings. My favorite if I want soup is the signature beef noodles, but the stirred beef noodles are great if you want a fry noodle with nice big chunks of beef! The fried calamari was fantastic, super crispy and very large chunks.
It never seems to be busy when I go to this spot so it feels like my secret little gem.

They have a variety of Chinese street foods, beef noodle is one of their iconic dishes, but my favorite is always the ginger milk curd.

We got Lambo Noodle Bar for late lunch. We got noodle bowls to go and the broth was delicious. We also got the beef pancake roll and soup dumplings. The pancake were ok but we found it really greasy. I think if we had them fresh and ate in, the pancakes would've tasted better. That is our bad for doing take out. The dumplings were tasty, however there was no soup and that's probably due to us ordering out.
I would definitely try this restaurant again, but I'll dine in next time.

Pretty much best deal in the town. Portion is pretty good for $14.50. Especially with prices nowadays.

One server whole restaurant. Left after waiting 5 minutes for a seat, and 15 more minutes waiting to order.

I ordered a pork soup dumplings, a beef noodle and a drink Noodle is mushy, soap is only like warm when served. It must been cooked and not served for quite a while. There is no soup inside the pork dumplings, the instant cook frozen have more juice inside, and it is also like warm only They serve the drink in a giant cup but it is only 60% full, and of that 60%, 80% is just ice. I waited for 30min for food, the shop is only half full. The server intentionally delayed to serve the food, otherwise I can't think of any explanation why the food is only lukewarm when the shop is not busy

I took some girls from my Montessori school here on a mini field trip. They decided what to order and it was all delicious!! We had Signature beef noodle and it was our favourite. As well as wonton soup with noodles, popcorn chicken, and steamed pork dumplings. Yummy! Our server, Debbie was lovely and helpful. We also had a sneak peek in the kitchen. The bathroom was also very clean. We all agree we will bring our families back!
Great noddles. Great broth. Will definitely be back again.

The waitress was indifferent and the place was empty at 2pm. The brotj in the soup was good buy almost no noodles. The Taiwanese tempura was mediocre. The dumplings were basic. The bubble tea was 80% ice. I left hungry but didn't want to spend more. They need to read this review. A few changes and I might come back.
