The most tender beef you've ever had. Great soup flavour and not too salty. The pickled greens were lovely. The pancakes had good crispy and nice flavour.
I wish the noodles were more chewy. I think they were a bit overcooked. The pancakes could be taken off the grill earlier as well.
Overall faults minor and I enjoyed my food a lot.

Great noodles! The XLB's didn't have much soup and stuck to the bamboo steamer so broke open when picking them up. Parking is a bit difficult but they have underground.

I've been a few times and have always really enjoyed my meals. I've Had the fried calamari, signature beef noodles, the stirred beef and soup dumplings. My favorite if I want soup is the signature beef noodles, but the stirred beef noodles are great if you want a fry noodle with nice big chunks of beef! The fried calamari was fantastic, super crispy and very large chunks.
It never seems to be busy when I go to this spot so it feels like my secret little gem.

We got Lambo Noodle Bar for late lunch. We got noodle bowls to go and the broth was delicious. We also got the beef pancake roll and soup dumplings. The pancake were ok but we found it really greasy. I think if we had them fresh and ate in, the pancakes would've tasted better. That is our bad for doing take out. The dumplings were tasty, however there was no soup and that's probably due to us ordering out.
I would definitely try this restaurant again, but I'll dine in next time.
