We went on their reopening day post COVID and the service was awful they were clearly understaffed. We thought we would try again on a Friday and they have three guys trying to run the whole place and seems to continue to be disorganized - they are trying to serve, bus, host, and bartend all at once. At least 20 minutes between server visits for our group. Food is great and the servers are friendly just seems poorly managed to me.
Beautiful setting, good food, great value - but *excellent* service and management. Went with my elderly father and two teenage kids. Needless to say one kid decided she didn’t like what she ordered (I tasted it and it was fine, but it didn’t do it for her) and when the server found out, he and the manager very graciously removed it from the bill and offered a replacement meal free of charge. Excellent customer care ?
