They bring a bunch of temporary workers on for the package wrapping labour etc part of the job. Treat them with the most disrespect no safety for them on the can line or the keg line they just tell you to look at the paper on the wall and walk away.Forklift dude will run you over if youâre not very aware for real and it was mentioned to the higher ups but they shrugged it off why because these labour works mostly green arenât going to be around and the cycle goes on.Real mind blowing part is that they tell you itâs a 3 month trial period and you work hard to hopefully achieve the goal while they know your going to be on your way out after that period. Especially if he or she has self respect .management is lazy walking around on there phones watching soccer others watch Netflix and then they stand around cracking jokes and âtestingâ beers while giving the most limited information about your job Maybe the beer is good, i donât know I never tried but I donât recommend neither supporting that or working for that type behaviour ! July 31 2024 I hope things change for this family business that is detrimentally neglected by management that serve the interest of there significant other or there adopted daughter .
