Shawarma day didn't turn out to be true... the cashier said to wait an hour if I want shawarma with chicken for $5 at 6:21 PM - the time on the check I had to order with beef at full price. the girl at 7 PM said that the promotion was over. at least the chicken was available.

I went here with my kids and didn't expect this terrible customer service, they were insanely rude when we asked them why our order was taking so long. When me and my kids received the shawarma, it was very disgusting the moment me and my kids ate the meat it was hard like a rock, and way too hard to bite through, and not really cooked or flavoured, and they did not do one of my kids orders right, they did whatever they wanted. When we asked for a refund, they refused. Never coming back to this trash with my kids ever again don’t recommend!

Came here not too long ago for their deal posted on instagram stating “All day long 5$ shawarma” It was an extremely good deal that I decided to bring me and my family to. We decided to go to the Market mall to get this deal and we’re treated with disgustingly rude treatment and attitude from the workers. We arrived three hours earlier than closing time and they were not serving people at all even with the deal occurring. I asked serval times about the situation because the employees were rotten and rude and not explaining anything correctly. Each time I asked I was given attitude and eye rolls. Honestly it’s not worth dealing with the false advertising and the rude employees for a mediocre shawarma you can make at home. Have had the food and it tastes like plain rice veggies and random meats. Save your time and energy and just go somewhere else. This place sucks.

Absolutely horrendous. Honestly their food in general tastes like plain rice with veggies and unflavoured meats. It’s something you can make the exact same at home if not better. Their service is garbage and so disrespectful. Went to get a deal for all day 5$ shawarma and two hours before the mall closed they stopped serving customers because they “ran out of ingredients” Why false promote your products with fake deals. Travelled a long way for a good shawarma wrap and was let down by their garbage service. Save your time with this restaurant and get a home cooked meal or go to another shawarma place, not worth coming here.

I tried their food for the first time after seeing the offer “buy one get one”. Honestly, the worst shawarma platter that I ever had. The quality of the meat was bad and I found unwanted smell.

Had the best Sharwama wrap I’ve had in a while. What made this experience nice also was Alishaba who was very helpful with selecting the right toppings and sauces that made it great. Highly recommend

This was our first time trying Lava Grill at this location, i must say by far this was the best food experience, the staff was very patient even though they were very busy, kodos to the staff for amazing customer service. I will be back soon!!

Disappointing Experience
I visited today after seeing the special offer advertised. However, when I arrived, the staff refused to take my order, claiming they were too busy and asked me to wait 30 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t even that crowded, so it felt like they simply didn’t want to honor their offer. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I won't be returning.

They advertised a buy 1 get 1 free offer for oct 11-12.
However, when we came to the store they say they ran out when we could clearly see they still had some beef shawarma.
My children were so disappointed!
Dont advertise deals if you cant honor them!

LG at Market Mall: Food is great quality … the staff is superb!

Even met the Area Manager … sat down and talked about the quality service, great guy!
