Le La Vietnamese Restaurant

Sunday Feb 16 my hubby & I were so looking forward to the delicious subs we had had in the past. I was so excited for him to taste the flavours of pickled carrots/cucumbers mingling with the tender beef.
What a disappointing first time experience. Nothing was pickled, big chunks of jalapeno including seeds, long big chunks of cucumber, san pickled. Carrots were freshly shredded. A sauce that was not on the one I had last week (which was delicious)
I feel ripped off because I gave the guy a $4+ tip because I felt their would be consistency. Very poor experience.

Seeing a rating of 4.5, give it a try. It's terrible, the food is ordinary, and the waitress‘s attitude is even worse. There are only two tables of customers in the restaurant. We ordered food first, and only two bowls of Rice noodles. But they give the other table first and let's wait for 20 minutes. I'm too angry. I won't do it again.

We love to eat here ! Delicious food - everything tastes so fresh and the meat is always cooked to perfection. It's cozy quiet and affordable.

Highly do not recommend. Pho is so salty and inedible. What happened?

Basil and sprouts are fresh.

Made a first time to-go order and, apparently including rotten herbs is OK with this restaurant. Also I ordered the rare steak and tendon, and the tendon was essentially nonexistent. Five Looney-sized pieces that were no more than an 1/8 inch thick. pretty sure I paid for steak AND tendon. They never answered or returned my voicemail, so apparently they don't have any respect for their customers concerns. Bravo guys.

Really nice people and great food. I recommend the deep fried wontons and beef cubes as an appetizer. We tried the soup and the Banh Mi as well and both were nice. Soup broth is good too.

We came back years later just for the beef cube salad.

Atmosphere and service were all right. Unfortunately, the food was far from authentic and I cannot recommend or return. I believe this is a Chinese owner Vietnamese restaurant.

Had satay chicken rolls, beef pho and banh mi (Vietnamese subs). Everything was delicious and fresh! Highly recommend

A really solid bowl of pho. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. I rarely ever finish my food and we both did. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely come back next time I’m visiting.

This place was easy to find, ample parking, and very clean.
The menu was easy to read (big font), not an overwhelming choice of options, and in a placemat format.
The food was hot, huge portions, and very clean. The special plate had a great selection of food and the pork chop had little grissel and bone. The pho (#43) was divine. Perfect ratio of noodle to meat. The broth was clear and very flavourful without being fatty or too much.
For sure a great spot to dine.
