Love Lemongrass! It seems like Vietnamese restaurants are all a bit the same these days but this place has some unique things. The spring rolls done with rice paper are my favorite, only one place downtown, now closed, that did this and I am happy to find them here, yum! Check it out but be patient, place is small, and they don't do any delivery services. Call place your order and remember your order number on pick up!
We had the lemongrass tofu with rice and some vermicelli-based dishes. All were tasty and good-sized portions. The menu is quite extensive and they have quite a few vegetarian choices.
Vegetarian options: Stir fried tofu, dry tofu, etc, with rice or vermicelli. They also have vegetarian spring rolls.
