Leopold’s Tavern Calgary - Beltline

I’ve always been a fan of Leopold’s especially the amazing atmosphere. This time I ordered for delivery and I was so happy with the quality of the food and how things were still crispy (which is rare when you order on DoorDash) I felt everything was packaged very nicely which made eating the fried pickles in bed that much better lol.

I enjoyed my time here greatly. The service was impeccable and the prices were surprisingly great. I tried the wings BC it was wing night. Wowzas... Delicious
Great spot to visit and meet new people, the bar was busy busy busy. Everyone was laughing and smiling. It was a great experience

Vegetarian options: 2 types of veggie options for wings I particularly noticed. Cauliflower wings and beyond meat wings were offered. I didn't look at the menu to know if any thing else was a veggie option but I'm sure if wings have an option the rest of the menu does

Leopold’s Tavern is such an AMAZING spot! The staff are super friendly and make you feel at home every time you walk in. And the food? Unreal. Everything I’ve tried has been so flavoUrful and perfectly cooked. I’m still dreaming about the Stack Burger - it’s seriously that good. If I’m ever in Calgary, this place is a must-stop, and honestly, I’d travel hours just for that burger. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!

While the inside of this place is such a cool and inviting vibe, three of us waited for 1.5 hours for two entrees and watched everyone around us get served food and drinks while we were ignored.

BOH apparently had fryer issues so our food was just sitting and getting cold rather than being served in a timely manner.

There are so many bars with better service and the same, if not better, beers on tap. Skip this place if it's busy, they can't handle a rush with grace.

The food was mediocre, I ordered a Buffalo vegan chicken sandwich thinking they would give a sandwich with an actual plant based chicken patty but instead they just put faux chicken strips on it. It was bland, and I wasn’t able to tell if it had any Buffalo/hot sauce on it. There wasn’t much to the sandwich and the fries were over cooked and cold. The space itself was overstimulating with all that was on the walls, but interesting. Maybe a good place for meeting up with friends for a couple drinks before moving on. But that’s about it.

food is great and staff generally quick and friendly if not packed. music can be a bit too loud ut the food rocks and it's a cool spot

My absolute favourite place to go and sit at the bar for drinks and food. Service and atmosphere are always awesome, and you can pretty much guarantee no matter what you order it’s gonna be delicious.
