Well it took the waitress a half an hour to get our order. We saw people who came after us get their food before us. My friend went to speak to another waitress to take our order, than our waitress came over, she was attentive after that. My burger wasn’t made right, the waitress did take it off the bill. It took us a 1.5 hours to eat and get out. Half of that time was waiting for someone to take our order.

Tiffani was exceptional. First time in the NW of Calgary, and I was greeted with a sweet soul. Tiffani was busy, bartending like a pro. Stopped to say hi and welcome me to the establishment. I felt like I was in the small town that I was from, warm and welcome. I'll definitely be back from the entrance I experienced. Thanks, Tiffani!! Leopold's - treat this Gem right!!!

I can’t say enough good things about our server, Alex N, who went above and beyond during a special evening with family visiting from the UK. We were celebrating something close to our hearts, and the night could’ve easily taken a stressful turn — but thanks to Alex, it became one of our most cherished memories.

One of our cousins, a young adult with autism, was noticeably affected by the volume in the restaurant as the night grew busier. When we asked if earplugs might be available, Alex didn’t just say no and move on — he listened. After understanding our situation, he immediately offered a solution: moving us to a quieter part of the restaurant where a reservation had just wrapped up. This thoughtful gesture completely turned the night around, allowing our cousin to relax and all of us to connect more comfortably.

From then on, Alex was an absolute gem. Quick with drink refills, attentive without hovering, and genuinely warm — cracking jokes and navigating the menu like a pro. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and personality.

Our group spent close to $400, and it was worth every penny — not just for the meal, but for the kindness and care we received. We hadn’t seen our family in six years, and thanks to Alex, our night was filled with laughter, love, and great conversation.

Thank you, Alex, for making our celebration truly unforgettable. You’re the kind of person who reminds us why hospitality matters — and we’re incredibly grateful.

Great spot. Normally music is a bit to noisy and it’s hard to speak, even more so when it’s a full house but the foods great. The staff are lovely so this makes up for it. Worth a go, especially for the different poutines.
