We took my youngest for their 23rd birthday on Sunday and the vibe was amazing. The food and service however were awful. All of our dishes were cold and it took forever to get our food. We asked for a couple waters that we never received and not one of us was offered a refill on our beverages. Service was extremely slow to say the least. Would not recommend

This Leopold’s has the best food of any of them in the city, but the girl in charge of seating either is incompetent or hates her job. We showed up and waited in case there was a wait list (though there was no one waiting in the entry). The host shouted at us to sit anywhere we wanted, so we sat in an empty table on the patio. Then she came over and was like “no, no, no, there’s a waitlist for the patio.” Okay…so why did you tell us to sit anywhere then? We got up and asked to be put on the waitlist which was a few names on the back of a receipt (but none of these people actually anywhere to be seen). No problem. So we asked how long ish it would be? “that’s hard to say.” Ok. So we asked are all of these groups on the list in ahead of us? “I don’t really know.” Ok. So which group is next so we know where we are in the list? “hard to say.” At that point we left with no confidence that even if we waited an hour we would ever get a table. She was super rude to two or three other sets of people that came in and asked about seating as well. They all ended up leaving. This is a great place that we frequent often, but you’re losing customers because of this employee.
