This is always our family's go-to restaurant for everything from a lovely, quiet lunch, to a large family celebration. The quality of the food and service are always outstanding
The bright and airy dinning room along with the excellent service highlight this restaurant. The menu has enough variety with an emphasis on steaks, making this a fine place for couples or adult groups. We will return here regularly.
Fantastic experience all the way around. First, service by Monique was exceptional. So attentive, pleasant, friendly and helpful! The food was perfect! Difficult for our whole table to select appetizers as every one was so amazing. Mains came out hot, and delicious and fairly large servings. Very good wine selection. Highly recommend!!!
Delicious. Great service from our server Michelle 👏
We were rookies. It seemed like we were the only people needing the menue.

Monique provided excellent service, always being available when it seemed right. Appetizers of Coquille St Jacques, escargot and crab cakes were excellent alongside a garlic roll. Steak tenderloin Dianne style very tasty especially homemade hollandaise and Cajun Ribeye excellent. COD also excellent
Food was wonderful. Service was exceptional and I really enjoyed my time here.
To start, we had the parmesan fries, and the baked brie. Both of which, were delicious. Especially the baked brie, which paired with their amazing baguette, made for a spectacular appetizer.
To compliment this, we had the baked pretzel bread, with soften whipped butter. The bread was hot, straight from the oven. It made for a perfect appetizer.
Onto our mains, me and my lovely wife had the New York Strip and the rack of lamb, both of which were cooked to perfection. The lamb had no gamey taste, and was perfectly seasoned. Honestly the best lamb I have ever had.
Our friends had the prosciutto-wrapped stuffed chicken, and it was phenomenal. I had a sample, and have never tasted chicken breast this tender in my life.
The seafood bucatini was spectacular as well, and was honestly really filling. The creamy sauce paired with the noodles made for a really comforting dish.
This was all really filling, and when we ordered our desserts we were in for a treat (literally). We got the Chocolate Molten lava cake, and the dragon fruit creme brulee, both of which exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed both desserts, but the stand out has to be the chocolate molten lava cake, with it being freshly baked and paired with a side of ice cream, the two flavors really completed each other.
To highlight the service, all staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant and when we left we felt like we were being taken care of really well. The water glasses were always topped up and the staff were quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. Truly phenomenal service and one that restaurants in Calgary should strive to mimic.
To start with a few positives. The servers and hostess were great. The atmosphere was lovely on the enclosed patio. Wood, stone, glass and a fireplace. The only mistake is the exposed ac units lining the outer wall.
The issue was the food. We had steaks and both looked like they had been steamed. They were 2 levels under what we asked for. The medium rare was closer to blue and the medium was rare. The blue went back and still came out nearly rare. The steaks were tender but the grills needed to be way hotter to achieve a better result.
The veggies and potatoe portions were small for the price and had a fishy taste. I walked to the bathroom past the kitchen and the fish was all I could smell.
The best part of the meal was the peppercorn sauce and the desert. Overall not a great meal but we had a decent time.
Le Villa never disappoints! The food was fantastic, and the service stellar. Thanks for welcoming us back every time.
Excellent restaurant and never disappoint me.
Took friends to LeVilla for a birthday dinner and they were impressed. 2 of us had the trout, 1 short rib and 1 special of flat iron steak with potatoes gratin and asparagus. Service was outstanding as per usual. The food and service are the reason we keep going back to LeVilla.

We went to LeVilla to celebrate my mom's 80th Birthday this past weekend. Overall, everything was great: they sat us out in the Atrium as requested and turned the speakers down as we had asked for a quieter table. The complimentary pretzel buns, drinks, appetizers, fingerling potatoes and veggies (which were done crispy and not overcooked) were all awesome. They also gave us a complimentary piece of cake for my mom's birthday and our waitress was really sweet and charming! The only thing I would say is that we all asked for our cuts of beef to be done as "medium well". They were unfortunately all overcooked and were definitely "well done". We didn't say anything because we were all halfway through our steaks before we realized that the middle was also overcooked. I just think for a restaurant that markets themselves as a "steak house" they should be able to distinguish the difference between medium well and well done?
A place where price and quality arent equals. My partner and I visited this restaurant as part of our ongoing love for exploring local dining spots. We tend to order widely across the menu to truly experience what a place has to offer. On this visit, we started with the lobster bisque, which was rich and flavorful, and the shrimp cocktail, which had a unique and enjoyable twist.
For mains, I had the braised meat gnocchi — a hearty, well-composed dish I would gladly recommend. My partner ordered the Wagyu, requested medium-rare, but it arrived well-done — a regrettable misstep, especially given the quality of the meat. Any steak enthusiast knows how disappointing it is to see a premium cut overcooked.
To make matters worse, our server was absent during this part of the meal. The untouched steak was left on the plate as a silent cue, in hopes it might prompt a timely check-in. Unfortunately, by the time our server returned, my partner had eaten the steak out of necessity — it was already a late dinner, and hunger won out.
We did express our concerns to the server, who assured us the issue would be relayed to the manager. However, we were disappointed to receive no follow-up or acknowledgment, and were still charged full price for the overcooked steak. For a restaurant of this caliber, that lack of accountability was disheartening.
While much of the meal was enjoyable, the mishandling of the Wagyu and the absence of managerial engagement detracted significantly from the experience. For those seeking attentive service and precision in execution — especially when ordering high-end items — this is something to keep in mind.
This is a hidden gem. On both visits, the food was delicious, service excellent and lovely atmosphere. We were seated in the atrium area. The hostess was so engaging & attentive. The steelhead trout was cooked perfectly. On a lunch visit, the lobster bisque was so flavourful. I have a 3rd booking arranged with 7 friends. Definitely worth a visit!
Excellent and always. I have been out of the country for six months and have really missed your restaurant. Great to eat here again.
Stopped by on a Sunday a little while ago for some dinner with Family. Levilla is a cosy little place. Enjoy the atmosphere.
On Sundays they have a Prime Rib special that is quite a good value. For ~$60 (price varies depending on the size of cut), you get a salad, prime rib with lots of fixins, and a desert. I took advantage of that deal, and quite enjoyed it.
Service was very friendly and attentive.
