Pizzas in the warmer should not be there longer than 20 mins for ‘hot and ready’. It takes 6 mins from the time it goes into the oven, cut and boxed.
They should be marking the box, either at the time it was made, or the time it’s expiring. Ei. If it was made at 7:15. The ‘3’ for 15 at time of going into the warmer. Or marked at ‘7’ for the deadline of the 20 mins at 7:35. All pizzas should be timed so they don’t taste like cardboard. Pizzas should be cut through enough that at least I’m not just ripping off the crust, I feel like that’s just kinda a given for pizza 🤷🏼♀️

A nice family run franchise, the daughters are always kind and offer you to look at the pizza if it is less than desirable. Stuff like that keeps me and my friend’s customers here.

I know, the pizza is cheap, but lately, it's also awful. 2nd time in a couple of months. Both times, The toppings were skimpy and it tasted like it had been in the warming unit for hours...Dry, hardly any cheese or sauce. Tried the pretzel crust, what a joke. Even drier and they sprinkle salt over it and then they charge an extra buck... good lord. This pizza was Iike eating pepperoni and a bit of sauce on the actual boss. People actually laugh at me when I say 7 11 pizza is better and today did nothing to change my mind. If a convenience store makes way better pizza than an actual pizza joint, time to reevaluate your offerings.

The deep dish pizza wasn’t really cooked enough … and they didn’t notice my online order so when we got there they hadn’t even started making it. I’ve had their food before but this was really disappointing! I won’t be back.

I recently visited Little Caesars Pizza and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The service left a lot to be desired—employees seemed unmotivated and appeared to be doing the bare minimum, which affected the speed and quality of the service.
Additionally, the parking situation was a significant issue. It’s not uncommon to find cars parked in handicapped spots without the proper permits, which creates frustration for those who actually need accessible parking. This lack of enforcement suggests that the management isn’t taking the necessary steps to maintain order and respect for these important spaces.
Overall, the combination of unenthusiastic staff and a poorly managed parking area makes me feel that the location is in dire need of new management. A change in leadership could potentially improve both customer service and facility oversight, leading to a better experience for everyone.

When I called hours before lady seemed to be talking on two phones cause I was asking if she was talking to me and wasn’t responding the best as if she was talking to another person

I had to stop eating at the sandstone location as the pans are not dried properly and nobody likes boiled pizza dough. Everyone there is very friendly so it really is a shame.
