This place is my go to little Caesars since moving to the SW in the shawnessy area and I'm not too happy. The Fairmont drive location in Calgary has been my go to for years and they deserve 5 stars.
Service and attitude is sometimes a problem over the phone, not usually in person.
Kids often don't cut the pizzas all the way through so they need to be ripped apart and all the toppings seperate from the dough. Extremely frustrating.
Sometimes pizzas get taken out too early and the dough is a tiny bit under. No big deal but annoying.
Prices went from $5 to $8.40 for the regular pepperoni in 5-years. Very frustrating and punishing.
I ordered a regular pepperoni for pickup and got a cheese pizza that was overloaded in the photo. Was so upset but couldn't bring myself to go back to deal with it. Just had such a rough day. So close to going over the edge for something small.
I don't know. I said everything that was on my mind. Wish they had a professional manager wrangling the kids and keeping it a bit stricter and more professional service wise and quality wise.
More could be improved to increase my rating.
Most other little Caesars aren't better but Fairmont drive location is.
Follow their example.
Will continue to eat here and will enjoy what I get. Thanks. Hopefully things improve. Would love to reply with an increase in stars when things get better.

If you've been to one, you have been to them all. Always a cheap and quick meal for the family. I highly suggest the using the App. You get more deals and quicker service. The app is well done!

Why is it called hot and ready when they never have any ready? I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes so far for two medium pepperoni pizzas. Not the first time either . Prices keep going up and the service keeps getting worse.

I've been coming to this location for 10 years I buy anywhere from 2 to 4 pizza a month for the last 10 years. But for the last year this place sucks. They don't put enough cheese on there pizza at all. The last 8 pizza I grabbed literally has next to no cheese on them. So I ordered yesterday a deep dish pepperoni pizza I asked for extra cheese put on it they charged me 8$ for extra cheese which is crazy insane. I open up my box of pizza and yep no cheese. I will no longer be going to this location ever again. It's simple put some cheese on your pizza

Called to get pizza for pickup. Lady on phone very friendly and when I walked into the store , guy was also very nice. Excellent customer service and food is always great! I have been going to this location since 2006 and never had any issues.
