Little Caesars Pizza

We like the deep dish pizza from little Caesar’s but know it takes a while to cook. I tried calling ahead to see if they could get it started for us so it’s ready when we arrive to pick up only to be told they don’t sell that pizza at that location and that it was just a seasonal special? Anyways we decided to go anyways and lo and behold the deep dish pizza was right on the menu. I ordered it and when we got home the dough was so undercooked. We had to cook it more in our oven. And the marinara sauce was so watered down it was gross. Seriously tho, why lie about what’s on your menu? Too lazy to make a pizza? Awful experience!

Every. Single. Time. We order here the pizza is old and they add different pizza with the same toppings into other pizzas. Like they've been eating some from one pizza and adding pieces from other pizzas back to the old pizza they ate. NOT TO MENTION THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER HANDING THE CASH REGISTER. the sink is visible from the cash register. Worst locations ever.

The new owner thinks they can fool people with fake 5 stars reviews but people are smarter than that. The food there was mediocre at best before, now, they don't even cook it properly. You're eating raw dough, expect a stomach ache for hours afterwards. Not sure why they need to skip 30 seconds of extra cooking.

Rude staff and stale pizza

Stuffed crazy bread was uncooked in the middle and stale as well as unseasoned. The pizza was stale. Cashier was mumbling

I'm not sure how this location has not been shut down by little casers owners. The family here cheaps out on every aspect of the pizza. The sauce, the doh, the toppings, spices and cheese. Same thing with the crazy bread. Zero butter no parmesan. Always cheating corners to save them money and rip off the customer. Go to fairmount. The pizzas here are made how they should be. Not by an owner savlaging every ingredient. Its the same owner for over 20 years and This has gone on for years. I should post a picture of the differences between the 2 places.

Well, I have lived in calgary my whole life, 43 years. Never have I had such an aggravating experience. Ordered from the lake bonavista location by accident instead of acadia. When eating our first bites we all agreed something tasted very off and crazy bread was flavorless and over cooked. Took the entire order back to request a refund. The old man in charge instantly refused. After about 10 mins of arguing he would only give a cash refund and wouldnt do refund on my debit. When leaving, I was told to never come back, to which I replied dont worry I wont. I was parked directly outside of this location. This is the kicker.... He then came outside the door and threw the returned, watered down marinara sauce at my car! I debated escalating the situation but I'm smarter than that. Never again.

Absolutely zero butter on their crazy bread and very little Parmesan and their pepperoni pizza is like a dried up popcorn fart. Probably the worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to in my life. Would not recommend coming back here and I love little Caesars. It’s great, but don’t go to this location.

Drive thru at McKenzie Towne location Always GREAT!

My hot and ready pizza was super stale, aswell as the crazy bread was stale, brown and burnt. The pizza, you could hardly bite through the crust… seriously. The man at the counter forgot about my drink i had ordered 2 minutes prior, trying to wave the next customer up, expecting me to leave.

The girl gave a pizza that was in the oven sitting there for some time. Just careful on not taking the food that is on the oven on display because it is display pizza they givin out.
