The online ordering system on their website was down and wouldn’t let us complete payment, even though it allowed us to enter all our information. We tried multiple phones with no success. When we went into the store to order in person, we asked if they could honour the promotion for the free cheese bread with orders over $4.99, since the issue was clearly on their end. Unfortunately, they were adamant and rude about this stating that they couldn’t apply the offer, despite us explaining that we had fully intended to order online and were prevented from doing so by their system. Never have experienced this with any other fast food place. The lack of flexibility or customer service in this situation was frustrating and disappointing. Will not be coming here again.

Little Caesars in USA is the best but really disappointed in Calgary. I ordered stuffed crust and I was shocked when I saw how small, thin and ALMOST NO CHEESE in the edge of the pizza. Service was great, but portions makes me never want to go back.

The food is always fresh and hot. You might have to wait sometimes, but around 7-10 mins. Staff is really nice.
