Ordered on the app and the app said the wait time would be 40 minutes, so we went to the store to cancel (the phone was busy all night - surely it was actually busy and not just left off the hook so they wouldn't have to take calls right?). The guy told us he can cancel the order but he's unsure if we will get refunded. The wait time ended up being just over an hour for a single pizza... Never again...

Called ahead and ordered my pizza. I was told it would be ready for pick up in 10 minutes, so I get there in 10 minutes. It's not ready so I sit there for 20 minutes waiting and until I open the door so the bell rings does someone finally come up and my pizza has been done for who knows how long now and is no longer fresh. Needless to say also it was mid afternoon and only 2 other people stopped in while I was there, it wasn't busy

Only thing good about little Caesars is the hot and ready aspect, yet the last 2 times I've gone to this location at 6 PM they have nothing actually hot and ready.
Really really slow service unprofessional
0/5 stars. Tracked my order online and was told it was ready for pickup.
Upon arriving at the store, it clearly WAS NOT, as the employee went to the back twice. I was then told, “I’m not sure what happened to your pizza but we don’t have your pizza. We are making it now.”
-only two pending orders were on the screen.
-not sure what the point of your order tracker is.
-was not offered ANY compensation. Only told “we are making it now.”
No good when I have already waited 40 minutes for a pseudo pizza.
Never again.

Not the best Little Caesar's restaraunt for sure. The owner seems to be annoyed by people and is not welcoming at all. The product is subpar. Skimping on cheese and though it is a Hot and Ready place, the last couple of times we ordered there, the Pizzas honestly looked and tasted like they had been in the warmer for hours on end.

It's little ceasers, either you like it or you don't. The reason for the 2 star review is because they NEVER have anything hot and ready. Even just a plain cheese pizza you will have to wait.
This store is either understaffed or the staff are negligent. You go into the store and no one is behind the cash desk, you wait around for a couple minutes hoping SOMEONE would show up so you can order or pick up your food and nothing, nada, not a single person to help you. You try to get someones attention from the kitchen so you yell "excuse me", maybe nobody heard you coming in but nope it seems that the staff just don't care to take your order. Must have waited for ten minutes before someone decided to come up to the register. I don't understand what sort of establishment keeps people waiting for that long to grab their food. If I wasn't picking up an order I wouldn't have waited for that long. And they definitely shouldn't expect customers to wait that long to order either. If the food wasn't ready (I know it was cuz it was a pick up) they should still let people know it would be a few more minutes rather than NOBODY at the register or actually doing their job and going to man the register when a customer yells excuse me to try and get your attention. Also this is fast food, what kind of fast food place doesn't have someone at the front in case a customer comes in? and if you're busy at the very least acknowledge the customer, let them know you'll be with them in a moment rather than keep them waiting for 10 minutes to hand them their food.
