How hard is it for ALLLLLL NE LOCATIONS EXCEPT AVIATION ROAD LOCATION to make simple crazy bread? 44th Ave in Whitehorn; OVERCOOKED BURNT, NO TOPPINGS is their crazy bread. Not one time, but actually YEARS . Years.....what in the incompetence in staff/mgmt for years is going on here?? The last time this location was good was literally 1990 & prior.
80th, their crazy bread is always UNDERCOOKED. Do people understand how bread works? Past year only its been undercooked. Now watch them take this advice and become like 44th Whitehorn incompetent location burning and making bread turn into hockey sticks, door stoppers and inedible.
Reminder to location managers and staff. The bs you do IMPACTS your business. If you are inti money making to save your homes, pay bills, overhead, g&a expenses, and actually have a good rep in a city where everyone knows everyone literally, pay attention. Buck up. Think of it like your parents scolding you on getting an F in school; LEARN FAST, NO EXCUSES OR DELAYS AND START GETTING A'S.

Didn’t want to make too much of a fuss over this but definitely feels like something management should correct. So I ordered a crazy bread and a cheese bread over the phone, I asked the lady if their cheese bread comes in different sizes. She proceeds to tell me that they have a stuffed cheese bread or something of that sort, couldn’t really understand as she was mumbling a bit over the phone. Come to find out she was talking about stuffed crazy bread. I then asked for one cheese bread and one crazy bread. I come to pick it up and she hands me 2 crazy breads 1 of which was a stuffed one. I said this isn’t what I ordered and she tells me thats what I said over the phone. Then I ask for a refund and if I could get the cheese bread instead and she said I could not get a refund. Apparently there is an italian cheese bread which is what i wanted to order and then theres a stuffed cheese bread which happens to be their crazy bread. So tell me if I clearly stated i wanted cheese bread over the phone, why did I end up having to pay for crazy bread. Should it not be named stuffed crazy bread. Very trivial matter and I did not make a fuss about it at the restaurant but it’s most certainly something that should be addressed as it resulted in a customer having to pay for something they did not want nor did they order.

I ordered pepperoni pizza today. Pizza was like old. Really dry from the top. Usually their pizza is good but this time it was really bad. Really dry, not fresh at all. I threw the whole pizza in the garbage.

Just canceled my order I made online on their website they apparently outsource it to door dash and now are making me wait 10 days for a refund. What a joke I'd avoid this scam establishment. You guys were sure quick to take my money though.
Takeout yes , they have delivery with skip or doordash I believe , what I like about it is you can order it online and you can pick up in store pay in store or have it delivered

Come to get Hot n Ready pizza. There were 7 people in line waiting for pizzas. I put in my order and was told that my pizza would be 8-10 minutes. What is the point of having pizzas " Hot n Ready" when none of the people waiting could get that service. There is not one person working here with any purpose. This will be the last time I com here and I will tell anyone I know in Airdrie to do the same.
