They forgot my crazy sauce and gave me crazy bread instead of the stuffed version for both which I paid for delivery, and the Punjabi lady tonight at 7:35pm said it was not her problem and did not solve my issue. Used to order often now they won’t see any more business from me

Very slow hard to communicate
Went in to grab a quick late night snack. I recognize it was close to close but for all the lights to be off and nobody in the store at all is crazy 10 minutes before close. The Panatella location was more than happy to sell me their last pizza 4 minutes before close. The difference in the service is clear.

Arrived at 9:45pm Thurs Apr 18 only to be told that they're closed, and she even tried to lie about the time, telling me it was 9:52pm when it was 9:45. Store sign says 10pm and I have picked up in the past 10 minutes before closing. Lazy workers who don't want to do their jobs.
