First come first served doesn't apply here. I was asked to wait at the front to make my order, which is fine - the staff member was busy in the back. I stood there for several minutes at the counter and then another customer entered the shop and skipped in front of me, made an order, and was helped immediately. It's not like I went anywhere - I was right there at the counter ready to make my order. Couldn't believe I actually watched that happen. What kind of customer service is that? I used to like supporting this place but I don't think I'll be coming back.

They charged me extra for the extra butter and parmesan cheese on my crazy bread. I've orderd several times at this location and the other stores and they never charged me. The lady only told me after she did my order that she needd to charge me extra. She should have told me before she accepted my order, she was nice about it. But I even told her that I have orderd before then never been charged. I was going to leave the order but I didn't have time to go to the other store. I understand i asked for extra, but the fact that I've ordered so many times and I have never been charged except this time is pretty annoying.

Great place always great food these employees here work there asses off at this location its busy but worth the wait considering they never followed suit with everyone else's insane inflation prices these guys stayed fair giving us cheaper prices then anywhere else pretty awesome considering the times are tuff and they still choose to be fair to their customers.
Paid for crazy crust and didn't receive it on more than one occasion. I called to complain and they just kept asking me to hold on. Will never order from this branch ever again. I would rather drive a bit further to receive what I order. I don't recommend ordering from this particular Little Caesars. No attention to detail. Crazy crust is a paid extra. Who's pocketing the $2.50 every time I order it?

They don't seal the boxes with a sticker. If you accidentally trip over your food is gone and wasted cause it falls out of the box. They make dry pizza don't know why
