1. They need to change their trash drive thru speaker, the communication was so bad the order ended up being wrong.
2. The person who took my order was rude saying pull up to the next window when I wasn't done ordering. When the order was wrong he even looked annoyed when I asked to change it (this was before paying so what's the problem)
3. The chicken wings had raw parts and the stuffed garlic bread was flavourless. Was going to order more but whats the point if he cut me off already😍

Unprofessional and Rude behavior.

I orders wings and I came home to eat them and I understand they might be a little cold but that’s not the problem, I ripped the first wing apart just to double check before I ate them, it was pink, maybe microwaved for like 30 seconds, like PINK, I called to just let them know about the mistake, shit happens. But he was arguing with me telling me that they cannot be raw and that they are cooked, cooked chicken isn’t pink

This little pizza place is really terrible the staff are so rude specially the Mamager
I order dip dish for the first time form this place I ask for small size they didn’t tell me that they don’t make small size the person who took the order he accepted my small size dip dish order so he asked me to pay $21 what for small size dip dish and he says yeah dip dish are expensive
I was really surprised o got the order I went back to work and I open the box the pizza was uncooked the tomato sauce right out of the container I asked my coworker to try they tried and spitting it right away because they don’t want to get sick
The next day I call the store to complain about the uncooked pizza the manager talked to me rude way
4 hrs later the owner call me and offer me to order other pizza I said no I just need my money back the owner was worst than the manager she don’t want to give the money back the worst pizza place in Calgary

Had a terrible experience today with the old Asian lady (who I believe is the manager). I ordered stuffed crazy bread, and after receiving the food, I took a bite of it and realized they gave me regular crazy bread. I politely asked her to exchange my food for the correct order, and was met with a bitchy attitude and a hassle to get the food that I ordered. She complained that I took a bite of it, and was extremely rude. She ended up slamming the debit machine down and telling me I owed the extra money. She was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout the whole interaction, and even had the audacity to make a face at my sister who was waiting behind me. You have lost my business, and I hope that old Asian woman learns some manners. To top off my terrible experience, the food was tasteless and cold.

Terrible customer service and given what I've spent in this location yearly its unfortunate. Save yourself the trouble this store is run by children without any actual customer service skills.

Unfortunately this location is run by kids who haven't been taught customer service yet. I tried placing an order through the app and it wasn't applying the coupon code given on the Little Caesar's website. I drove to the store and made way through the crowd of teenagers in the entrance to be told that the McKenzie Little Caesar's location couldn't honor the National companies coupon code Lol. I actually thought that they were joking, but nope. I ended up getting pizza somewhere else.

Bro I show up with more than 10 mins left in the night and bro wouldn’t make me Italian cheese strips or whatever they are called. I even tried to called 20 mins before it closed and they wouldn’t answer avoiding somebody trying to order over the phone. Poor service
