Unfortunately this location is run by kids who haven't been taught customer service yet. I tried placing an order through the app and it wasn't applying the coupon code given on the Little Caesar's website. I drove to the store and made way through the crowd of teenagers in the entrance to be told that the McKenzie Little Caesar's location couldn't honor the National companies coupon code Lol. I actually thought that they were joking, but nope. I ended up getting pizza somewhere else.

Bro I show up with more than 10 mins left in the night and bro wouldn’t make me Italian cheese strips or whatever they are called. I even tried to called 20 mins before it closed and they wouldn’t answer avoiding somebody trying to order over the phone. Poor service

The pizza was great, I got a deal with the 3 meat pizza. The cashier who helped me was so friendly and accommodating and answered all my questions.

***update. As I never received the call back from manger to resolve the issue, I personally went to the little Caesars premises where the order was to be made from in McKenzie towne and they were greats the manager was very quickly able to cancel the order and explained I’d be refunded in a few days. I guess the issue is with the head office and not this branch.
I placed a prepaid order for a large birthday party, totaling over $100. I carefully entered the correct delivery address and even took a screenshot to confirm all the details. However, after placing the order, the system defaulted to an unknown address that I did not enter.
Unfortunately, I was unable to edit or cancel the order through the app. I called Little Caesars immediately, but was told there was nothing they could do—they couldn’t change the delivery address, cancel the order, or issue a refund.
The customer service experience was also disappointing. The representative I spoke with had a poor connection, making it difficult to communicate. I asked for a callback on a clearer line, but I’m still waiting.
It’s frustrating to be out of pocket for an order placed 24 hours in advance, especially when the error was not mine. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional pizza delivery service, I would not recommend Little Caesars.

They cannot make crazy bread for the life of them. Always undercooked, and no flavor. Never going back

Called 20 minutes before close and no one answered any of the calls.
Wouldn’t serve me because I had cash and not card…
If you moved the speak back to the presell boards and moved the presell board back, it would help place orders quicker and may increase your sales. Just a sales and customer service comment.

Fastest / cheapest pizza in town
For a convenient takeout pizza spot it's surprisingly decent. Their hot and ready pizzas at $9 are always good esp if you get them during rush hour when they're constantly cooking fresh ones- crispy crust, soft inside with the right amount of chew, and a good amount of pepperoni and cheese on top. Given how expensive frozen pizzas are these days and you still gotta add your own toppings, I'd say for the convenience alone $9 is a great deal.
Service is always quick and friendly too given how busy they are- after 4pm there's always a HUGE line in the drive thru.
