All you can eat hot pot. Price is okay. Foods are good. Staffs are attentive. Usually quite crowded.

I had lunch at this restaurant and it was a terrible experience. There were very few options on the menu, and the ingredients did not seem fresh. Shortly after eating, I experienced vomiting and diarrhea, which seriously affected my health. In addition, the service was poor — it took a long time to get the staff’s attention, and the food was served very slowly. I would not return and do not recommend this restaurant.

No more marinated beef during lunch time, which is pretty disappointing. Only one person cleaning tables, one person covering front door and cashier plus cleaning, one person standing in the self service area and staring at you, and a fourth person coming in and out of kitchen, which brings no service at all. LOL, used to be a regular customer but just decided not coming back anymore.

This hot pot + mini hot food buffet combo is everything! There are so many flavour of broths to choose from and soo many vegetables and other additions to add to the hot pot. I also appreciate how they have an included free drink dispensers!

Delicious all you can eat hot pot with a make-your-our sauce buffet, veggie buffet, and appetizer buffet. So, so yummy. Super flavourful broth, incredible cuts of lamb and beef and tons of veggie and sauce options. Will definitely be back!

This is the 2nd time we visit this restaurant since we moved to Calgary. The restaurant is not crowded as usual but the waiter named Jayden was very crude when we want to order a half half soup.
The owner should train their staffs better.

This was hands down the worst dining experience I've had in Calgary. The food alone reflects the lack of care and the focus on quick profits over quality. It's disappointing this place is still around. A 4 rating feels wildly misleading—it deserves zero for the experience I had.

Booked a family dinner for 13 people four days in advance, but when we arrived, we were split across two tables. We requested a larger table that could seat 10-11, which would have worked fine since we had three small kids. However, we were firmly denied because it was supposedly 'reserved.' They explained that others had booked it earlier—okay, fair enough. But an hour later, a group of 12 arrived, had the same issue with being split, and was immediately given that exact 'reserved' table after they complained. So, was it really reserved? This inconsistency was frustrating. What kind of operation are you running here?

And then there’s the food… What makes a great hotpot? The broth? The food selection? For many, it’s the sauce station. But here? Hands down the worst sauces I've ever tasted. Every single one was watered down! The black vinegar, for example, was so diluted it tasted like plain water. Do they even taste-test their own sauces?

As an AYCE hotpot restaurant, customers pay a premium and expect quality food and service, but this place misses the mark across the board. Compared to the competition, it's at the bottom of my list—I wouldn’t waste my money here again. It used to be a great spot when it first opened, but unfortunately, it’s gone downhill! ... Sad!

It was my first time eating hot pot in Calgary, and it was so delicious. I went there on the weekend and ordered red soup, white soup, and sojja. (Daejja said you can choose a different flavor of soup as you like)
It was my first time, so I didn't know how to eat it, but the person serving the plate just left the plate behind, so I called someone else and asked how to eat it. In addition to the meat of your choice, you can add as many vegetables and other ingredients as you want to the soup like a buffet. There is a wide variety of fresh ingredients, including seafood, different types of meat, mushrooms, female vegetables, and noodles. There are unlimited carbonated drinks (beer and orange juice must be purchased separately), and you can make your own sauce. In addition to hot pot ingredients, there are fried rice, fried foods, jelly desserts like pudding, and fruit. It was so delicious that I regretted not being able to eat more because I was so full. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to visit again the next time I went to Calgary. Part-time workers are always busy, so you may have to wait a bit.

I only went there to eat some vegetable meatballs, and ended up having diarrhea five times. Even if I didn’t eat spicy hot pot, I had diarrhea, and I had diarrhea even if I didn’t eat tomato soup. I wasn’t the only one, other people also had diarrhea several times after eating meat. This store is poisonous. If you want to clear your stomach or have constipation, you can go there.
