I eat Vietnamese regularly. The gal serving me was so friendly, the beef in my sate sub was way too chewy/ fatty (use better quality cuts for this!).... although the flavor was good and the service was fairly quick.

We decided to byop for dinner (Nov 24, 2024) and when we went to boil the noodles, there were insects floating in it. I called them rightaway to tell them that there's insects in the noodles and they advised they don't know what I did with the food from pick up to when I boiled the noodle. They did give me a refund but the fact that there's insects floating in the food is concerning- we threw everything out because we don't know how clean the kitchen is. I've attached some photos of the noodles.

Out of all the Vietnamese places I've enjoyed in this country this place is hands down the best I've had. The flavours were amazing. I ordered the Banh Hoi platter and it exceeded any experience I've had with international food. The staff was very kind and gave excellent service and I loved the small diner type feel to the place. You must try it and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Thank you Lotus Deli.

Ordered from here via ubereats. They burnt my food to the point where the food was all entirely black, and they still gave it to me rather than recook a new one, it was an easy dish too, just eggs and rice flour cakes that you pan fry. The vietnamese sub i got was also soggy to the point where I just lost my appetite just picking it up. Don't even bother trying this place.
