Passing through. Stoped at the restaurant. Ordered food. Went to the washroom. The most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever been to. Dried pee everywhere.Now I’m thinking how clean is this kitchen?Take a seat start looking around the restaurant is completely dirty and disgusting waited forever for our food. Left 95% of it on the table and left the store.Plastic in my food! The food inspector needed to be called.Now I know why they make you pay first. ?

Terrible service. We were the only people in the restaurant, and had to ask the girl to tear herself away from her MacBook at a table to seat us. It took her 20 minutes to come back and take our orders. Didn’t check on us once or refill our water. The food was extremely slow and didn’t seem fresh. The meat was suspect and even the lemon and sprouts were brown and bruised. $40 for two mediocre bowls of pho. Won’t be back.

As someone with extensive experience in the service industry (not a foodie, but an actual service worker), I usually let a lot slide and I'm quite patient, but this wasn't a great spot for my after workout lunch.Food: I had the Satay Pho with extra beef and it was just okay: The noodles were overcooked and the broth seemed like it was old.Service: The woman serving me couldn't care less that I was there and didn't check on me once. She dropped off the food without a word and then sat at another table and watched videos on her phone. The younger lady who took my payment was nicer and probably would have made the experience better, had she been serving.Atmosphere: Way too many dirty tables for how busy it was (It was dead) and the bar(?) Was quite messy. The glassware was being handwashed with an old rag, with no sanitizer in sight.Overall, I'm mad at myself for not checking the Google reviews before heading in, so that's my fault, but I can't recommend this restaurant.

Ordered egg noodle. Bowl was full of liquid soup that disappointed me. 70% of the bowl was water and very less noodle which I did not tasted like egg noodle. I just ate it as i was hungry but would definitely not recommend. I’ll give another try if they can refund me for my last order.

I've never had a bad Pho in my life until I tried this one. The chicken isn't even edible and the noodles are insanely overcooked and soggy. Spring rolls were soggy and tasteless. Super disappointing.

Reviews here look scary. I agree that the overall ambiance is seriously lacking. It looks like some smoky dungeon for sure. I have problems with cleanliness too but I did not dine in but ordered a chicken sate sub. I was asked to wait ten minutes which I though bit longer than usual but three sets of people were dining in, so that’s okay.When I got my food, it felt hefty. When I opened to eat it, there was generous amount of delicious chicken sate and I am happy about my first experience. I hope to try them again!

This was the first time I had been there . I walked by it from the stampede grounds. I had the BEEF SATE SUB it was really filling, and the ICE COFFEE was good. I heard good things about it. I will go back very soon
