Just ordered a Caesar salad and it has no sauce on it and a hair in it so check your food before you eat. I also called half an hour before they closed and they did not answer.

I've come to this pizza place since I was a kid and they have always had the best pizza, especially the donair. I know this place had been through change in ownership a couple of times but the recipe and menu has consistently stayed the same however, I've just gone to order our fave donair and both me and my kids were disappointed, it tasted like an onion and tomatoe pizza, there was barely any sauce and donair meat and the pizza was almost as flat as the cardboard box it came in. What's happened to my favorite thick and juicy pizza? I'll need recommendations for a new spot Sad after 20 or so years to have to jump ship

2 stars only because I used to give this place 10 stars... What the hell happened to y'alls pizza?!?! I used to live in Erin Woods and we would order from here once a week, now we drive in from AIRDRIE for Luigis donair pizza. At least we used to, anyway.... Ordered 4 pizzas last night (Hawaiian, Meat lovers and 2 Donair pizzas), and the crust and toppings on all 4 pizzas used to equal ONE pizza. I am so very disappointed. We won't be ordering from here anymore. Why do places / people insist on changing good things......

I guess I haven't been in over 10 years...but when I lived in Calgary I would drive from coachway gardens and back to eat this pizza! Will be coming this summer very excited that you are still open... took me over 1 hr to get there and back!

Consistently great pizza with a great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast, too. I've been ordering their regular spaghetti for a long time, this time, after talking to the guy at front, I ended up ordering a spicy version of it, and it tasted flavourful. I also ordered the new doanir loaded fries, and they were mouthwatering. Don't know if these are new owners, but the customer service is superb as compared to before. I'll 100% recommend these guys. You gotta support mom n pop shops. Can’t go wrong with this place.

I ordered some pizza, fried chicken and chicken sandwich just a few hours ago and I can honestly say it very good and fair prices along with that. The pizza was good with the dough and the sauce. It wasn’t overfilling where it bloats me and I can honestly feel I can eat a large pizza to myself and not be bloated like other places.
The chicken sandwich was really good with that sauce. I don’t know what it was but wow great sauce. Better than Popeyes any day.
The fried chicken was very crispy and I loved that. The spice level was great too. The crispy level was my favourite part as that what I love about fried chicken.
Friendly service when I arrived and made me feel welcomed and they packaged my meal nicely and made sure I was able to carry my stuff to my car by helping me out.

Unfortunately, as other reviews have recently noted, the pizza here has significantly changed, and for the worse. It seems they've switched from pizza dough to frozen bread rounds. Fewer toppings, the Hot & Spicy pizza was not spicy at all and the Chef's Pick was almost flavorless.
I've been ordering from and recommending this place to friends and neighbours for 14 years. I hope they return to what made them so great. Tonight's order was so overwhelmingly disappointing.

I think this place has been bought out. This pizza is terrible. So you buy up a pizza joint hoping to cash in on clients, that have been going to this place for years, but then change the pizza terrible move.
