The product/food was good, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist, specifically the young woman with glasses, had a rude and unprofessional attitude that made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. Such behavior is completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. I expect much better service and hope this issue is addressed immediately to avoid driving customers away.

Really don’t understand how the owner of this restaurant does business. The service is unbelievably bad, to the point that it's hard to imagine. Our group of 12 requested the waiter to arrange a larger table for us. They heard the request but gave no response (later I found out that the larger table was reserved for the staff to have their lunch). Additionally, we asked the waiter for an extra pot of tea, but were refused because they have a rule that each table can only have one pot of tea despite we were a group of 12. It feels like this restaurant expects you to tip, but doesn’t provide any extra service in return. Will you be mad if you were me? Please don’t, just remember not everyone knows how to run business.

Don’t waste your money here. I came in on a Sunday night and it was a little busy, but that’s no excuse for the absolute poor service we had. The service felt rude and pushy, and we waited almost 30 minutes for our last dish when we had already had everything else on our table. Just not worth it to me, especially with the food being nothing special. Would not recommend.

I would go into detail about the poor service I received at this restaurant, but after reading the comments from other customers, I feel it's not worth the time. I noticed that customers have been complaining about the service for years, and while management encouraged them to give the restaurant another chance, it seems there has been no improvement despite all the feedback. It's a shame, as the food is good, but unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the meal. I don't think I'll be returning.

Great food at reasonable prices. Service could be better but still good. Got the 3 course duck and it was amazing.

I been shopping at T&T market for years but have never stopped in to eat at the M Bistro located inside the market.
I ordered the beef brisket noodle soup with Choy Sum $17) and it was yummy. The noodles appear fresh and handmade - nothing I've seen before as they were thin on the outside and thicker on the inside part of the noodle. The broth was tasty and not overly salty like many others I've had. The brisket was also tasty and the overall portion size was healthy and filling for lunch.

Understaffed. Poor service. Servers don't care. Waited almost hour for food.
They forgot our order and when we told them, they just brushed it off.
Food was ok.

M Bistro offers dim sum all day, which is definitely a plus. The dishes were tasty, though I found the seasoning to be on the mild side—could use a bit more flavor. Service was on the slower side, which made the overall experience less enjoyable, but the staff was friendly when they did attend to us. Overall, a decent spot for dim sum if you’re not in a rush and enjoy a milder taste.

Arrived around 7:45 on a Friday night. We were met by a lady at the front and she wasn’t very happy to see us. She warned us they are closing at 9. We dined in anyway as we were gonna be quick anyway. At 8:30, a waitress gave us the bill and the machine without us asking. I guess they were really afraid of us staying anytime longer than we should LOL. Probably not going back again.
