I bought two drinks at Southland Store, I waited 24 mins for this two drinks. it’s ridiculous…the staff forgot my order. If I don’t ask when I will get the drinks, I think I never get them. NO NEXT TIME!!

I don’t even know where to begin because my experience at Macao Imperial Tea – Southland Branch was nothing short of spectacular! 🧋✨ From the moment I walked in, I felt this warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly lifted my mood. The place is cozy, clean, and gives off such a vibrant energy that makes you want to stay a little longer while enjoying your drink.

Now, the milk tea… oh my goodness! 🤩 Hands down the BEST I’ve ever tasted—even better than the other branches I’ve been to. The flavor is so rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced that every sip feels like a treat. It’s legit, authentic, and unforgettable. I was so amazed that I went back the next day, and guess what? Still perfect. Consistency at its finest! I can honestly say this branch raised the bar for how milk tea should taste.

But what truly made my visit extraordinary was the team. Pia was absolutely wonderful—she didn’t just serve me, she genuinely cared. She went above and beyond, even assisting me with something outside of her job. That kind of kindness is rare and it meant so much to me. Michelle greeted me with such a warm smile that instantly made me feel at home. Her friendliness is contagious, and she has this way of making customers feel valued, not just served. Iya also caught my attention—not only because she has the cutest smile, but also because she’s a part-time student who carries herself with so much potential. You can see that she truly loves what she’s doing, and it makes a difference. And then there’s Grace—her thoughtful gesture of helping me carry my things to the car left me amazed. That small act of kindness showed me how genuine and caring the staff here really are.

It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch drinks and amazing customer service so perfectly. This branch doesn’t just sell milk tea—it creates an experience, a memory, and a reason to keep coming back. I left feeling happy, amazed, and grateful. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! 🌟

Macao Imperial Milk Tea has quickly become one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving something sweet and refreshing. Their classic milk tea is smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, with just the right amount of tea flavor. The pearls (boba) are always soft, chewy, and freshly made, which makes a huge difference in overall quality.

What sets Macao apart is the consistency. Every time I visit, I get the same great taste and experience. They also offer a wide range of unique flavors like Cheesecake Milk Tea and Cream Cheese Uji Matcha, which are rich and indulgent without being overwhelming.

The packaging is also super cute and Instagram-worthy, and the staff is usually friendly and efficient. Whether you're new to milk tea or a longtime fan, Macao Imperial is definitely worth checking out.

Really neat bubbletea place with a decent selection of drinks that differ from other shops of the same vein namely with their toppings and flavors. I quite enjoy the mango here as well as any assortment of their cheesecake drink lineup as that seems to be their standout item on the menu. The staff are very welcoming and friendly upon entering the location and my delivery experience has always been smooth and hassle-free, so overall I highly recommend giving this spot a try!

The drinks were great—really enjoyed the quality and presentation. However, the person handling the cash register today seemed like she was having a tough day. While I understand everyone has off moments, the attitude did affect the overall experience a bit. Hopefully, just an isolated incident because everything else was on point.

Amazing Bubble Tea Place!

The brown sugar taho was delicious—sweet, creamy, and the boba was perfectly chewy. The staff were super friendly, and the shop had a great vibe. Highly recommend if you're a bubble tea fan!

The taro cheesecake is delicious ⭐

pretty good. went here because i saw a vlog from kimkat vancouver, was not diappointed. would come back.
