To be honest. The drink taste good all that time. But I was so disappointed their promotion which happened last week. I got this message and come. I was been told their events only available for first 200 customer which come earlier. But it really doesn't shows on the message. The not only confusing the customer who got this message But also wasted their time and gas. I wish owner will improve their promotion info. It has to been including all information in their message

This bubble tea shop is my favorite. I've almost tried all the drinks! Every flavor is amazingly delicious. I especially recommend the brown sugar and creme brulee! Their service is attentive and friendly, and the environment is very cozy. I drink it one to two times a week and look forward to trying new flavors :)

I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with pearls, and it was so bland that it makes me wonder if they added sugar at all. Not only that, but it was served to me in a coffee cup, with no way to insert the straw without removing the lid entirely. To top it off, you place your own order from a touch screen and are prompted for a tip without ever interacting with anyone, which is ridiculous.
I was interested in trying the other flavours but after this experience I won’t be going back.

The bottles are soo cute! We got the fresh strawberry latte with panna cotta and the black milk tea with grass jelly and compared to other bbt places, it tasted fresh, authentic, not powdery, like you can tell its made from real ingredients! The space is also soo cute and the service was really speedy!

Atmosphere is cozy. My go-to are the fizzy teas. The new self-serve machine is a cool addition. Highly recommend!
We got the mochi cream foam black tea, fresh taro latte, Jasmine green tea with plum jello, and fresh taro latte with panna cotta and they were all really enjoyable.
In particular, the cream foam black tea was a nice mix of salty, sweet, and tea flavor. The chewy mochis were a nice treat to go with this drink, kind of like having a dessert soup. The fresh taro lattes all had a nice concentrated smooth taro flavor. The Jasmine tea was tart and sweet and carried some of the plum flavor from the jello which was a nice addition.
Overall each drink we tried was excellent. They do come in smaller cups than some places and at a higher price (base price of the drink before toppings is around $8) but would still highly recommend giving this place a try.

My first visit and taste was very recently, on a hot week-day afternoon and I didn’t have to crowd, queue and wait at all (perfect for me). Great calm aesthetic inside . This is the first time i experienced self-serve kiosk at a BBT shop in Calgary (I have seen in other more populated cities). I was in and out in <5 minutes with my drink! . I got Black Milk Tea with 1/2 mini taro balls 1/2 pearls (this 1/2 option is perfect for me so there’s a choice of 2). Both toppings had a good chewy texture. The milk tea is the most fragrant and Non-artificial tasting one I have had in a long time. The pricing for this regular size was close to $8 after GST.

Always love coming here after a date. Strawberry panna cotta is my fave drink. I think it’s better to choose the milky/creamy drinks here. The vibe is nice and the staff is very nice as well. I will keep coming back.
