this is my favorite bubble tea! I usually get the fresh strawberry slush, which tastes SO GOOD! I recommend this store to everyone! The only thing that could be better is the cup size! As a big foodie, I tend to like the most in something. So maybe the staff could add sizes to the drinks 😀 in conclusion it's a really good bubble tea place !

Tasty and alot of different drinks to try! Just wish they had more alternative milk options.

We had a great experience here! Service is kindof slow but it’s because there was only one person working and making the drinks and from what I experienced they’re all made very fresh unlike some bubble tea shops where it’s mixes etc. my crème brûlée matcha slushie was VERy good and my sister got the fresh grapefruit slush with cream on top amazing. I would 100% go back and reccomend.

The drink i got is fresh strawberries mango smoothie with panacotta. When i got the drink it has grape fruits and there is a different panacotta drink with grapefruit. I asked the cashier because i believe the drink i got it wrong but she proceeds to tell me that my drink is correct, and said it just has some small amount of grapefruit. It is not as described and misleading. I don’t like grapefruit in my drink because it makes it bitter. Disappointed.

Machi is definitely our favorite bubble tea place in Calgary! We ordered taro drink and brown sugar bubble tea. They use fresh taro! The bubbles are very soft yet chewy. We are loyal customers since they open :) love their matcha and strawberry drinks too!

Spent half an hour to read the reviews on google and found that since recently the owner seemed not to take any suggestions anymore. Many customers commented about their products being pricy but the owner obviously has a reason. Too much ice? Staff not professional? Uber order issue? Not their fault. Sometimes even fight with customers. If you don’t care about your customers, your customers don’t care about your business.
I’m sure there are stores getting comments like high quality with low prices.
Staff not friendly. They don’t give you the chance to order from a real person. Trying to ask questions before ordering but no one came out, their staff was just avoiding to say anything to their customers. Was there for a while but staff made me feel like I was invisible which was very rude. Rushed out to pass my drink to me and wanted to rush back. Felt I was wasting her time talking to her.

Came in with my family and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

We purchased the Chocolate Brûlée black milk tea, Black milk tea with Crème brûlée, and fresh strawberry and mango.

We thoroughly enjoyed the milk teas, but thought the slush was a bit too sweet for us. Our kids loved it though!

Our final verdict, is this is a good bubble tea joint in the Bridgeland area! The milk teas hit both the bubble tea and caffeine itches, and a nice place to stop into after a day of activities!

After having brunch at Komorebi Brunch & Dinner, we walked over to Machi Machi after seeing a couple having one of their bubble teas. It looked good so we decided to head over. We went with the Fresh Strawberry Latte with Panna Cotta (Caffeine Free). It was good! Definitely go here if you want something after having a meal.

Delicious drinks
Standard Sweet level was perfect, not too sweet or light.
Highly recommended

I think this might be the best bubble tea in town. Every time I’ve been here the tea was perfectly steeped, the sweetening was kept subtle and the ingredients are whole (i.e I don’t think they use powders or artificial flavours in a lot of their drinks). My absolute favourite is the Jasmine tea with plum jelly, it’s just so perfectly sophisticated, balanced and refreshing.

We stopped by Machi Machi for bubble tea and appreciated the thoughtful presentation and branding. The drinks were decent, though not particularly memorable in terms of flavour. It’s a nice spot if you’re looking for something visually distinct, but overall, the experience felt more aesthetic than exceptional.

Look, the drink I got (Four Season Tea) was really delicious, but the amount of ice is just ridiculous - more than half of the cup.
And this is Light Ice, while there is Regular option - can’t imagine how much of the tea I’d get then.

When looking at the menu picture, the drink doesn’t have ice at all (or just a bit, and look at how much of fruits are there - and then my cup), and when I was asking why so much ice - answer was it is a recipe. Doubt so, and what about a non-ice one?

First cashier was not polite, and rushing my answers. Also, did not specify toppings are $1.30 extra, which is not specified on the menu too.

Second cashier, explaining the drink was polite, and I get this is not her choice to make a drink like this (I hope), but I can’t recommend the place now.

UPD I see a response from the owner - thank you for that.
1. No, not that much of fruits - few slices of orange, apple and pear.
2. Ice amount was huge - definitely around 25 cubes.
3. Topping prices were NOT displayed, believe me I checked - unless you amended it afterwards.

I will give it another try, without ice, and it’s better be looking same as on the menu.
