I need to know if there was an alteration done to the Sea Salt & Goat Milk Caramel recipe, because it does not taste like how I remember. I bought a pint and the caramel has a very strong cinnamon flavour. It’s not bad tasting, but I miss the original recipe. Otherwise this place is great

Everytime I visit this place the staff are always kind and patient whenever I can't decide on their many flavors that they have. And even though I don't have a dog I always notice the water bowls they leave outside for them. Will come again.

Best Ice cream I have ever had in this continent and arguably around the world! I have been coming here ever since I moved to Canada 9 years ago. I have travelled all around Canada and the US, and nothing tops a scoop from Made by Marcus. The seasonal flavours is what keeps me coming back, and the staples are the consistent comfort that anyone could ever want when it comes to ice cream! Well done to this establishment!

Cosy ice cream with unique flavours next door (inside same location) as lil empire burger. Tried the flight of four scoops very reasonable price and excellent flavours. Highly recommended.

*Not service dog friendly* I was asked to leave Made by Marcus after being asked twice by staff if my dog was a service dog. I said yes, and that I have the Service Dog harness in the car that I would get and put on her if needed. I don't always have her in harness because its a beacon of attention and an advertisement for my PTSD. Even after my offer of a compromise the employee at the till still insisted I leave as there is another employee at Made By Marcus that has a dog allergy. Even as I have a harness, service dog letter and ID card for my service dog. This is the first time I have been suggested to leave an establishment because of my service dog. Disappointed.

I just came from your finest establishment, which I frequent often. I have a loyalty card that gets stamped every time I buy ice cream. Tonight I bought 2 pints when I went to pay for them there was a young man of Asian descent who told me that pints do not count Towards the loyalty card . In the past, I have never had a problem getting my loyalty card stamped for pints. It’s not that I’m looking for free ice cream. My problem is that young man. His attitude was rude and condescending. I’m sure that you’re well aware that there are many choices to get ice cream today, but I prefer your product. Thank you for the great product. Don’t let employees like that young man ruin the great reputation that you have. Sincerely a good customer.
