Went here with a work group and was most people's first time with Malaysian cuisine. Everyone was pretty happy! We tried a bunch of appies and then either the Beef Rendang (either with rice or the platter) or the Laksa (chicken or seafood). The best appies were the Coconut Shrimp and the Chicken Satay.
Tons of flavour, tender meats, and cute space. Everyone left full and happy.

First the warning. Do not judge the restaurant but the exterior or immediate area. The food was very very good. The favours amazing and the service exceptional. There was a last call of 6:30 to order food an a weeknight but it’s worth going and enjoying something different !! I would
Go back.

Quite good Malaysian food! Their laksa is flavourful, and their beef rendang is delicious. I had it with nasi lemak. Roti is pretty good too.

Order the rengdang beef laksa the egg noodles were very good very firm and didn't break apart and the soup was flavorful but the beef on the other hand was really dry and not the best for 23 dollars I would kind of expect better beef but I enjoyed the soup and your noodle. Would have given more stars just there's something missing in the soup but it's still good. The best part was the egg noodles. Probably won't come back but might one day and try something else .
These noodles exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be back.
I’m not very familiar with Malaysian food but comparing this Laksa (with wontons, lots of veg, tofu and other goodies) to a bowl of ramen, I think I might be choosing the laksa 8/10 times!
The restaurant is small and thanks to almost every table being full when we were there, it was a great vibe. Come eat some noodles here!

I’ve been to Malaysia many times, so I was really looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. It didn’t really capture the authentic flavors I was hoping for, and honestly, I’ve had better Malaysian food in Vancouver.
The food was great and the owner/staff is extremely friendly.

Awesome place for laksa!!! I love laksa and used to go to this other place nearby for laksa but it wasn’t as good as it used to be. Then i discovered this place to try laksa and wow! So many toppings with the noodles and the soup was perfect.
Everything was so balanced, seasoned well, and it was soooo homey and comforting. The place is on the older side and doesn’t look like much, but the food will make you forget all about that.
It’s been a while since I’ve gone (maybe almost a year now), but if it still tasted the way it did the first time, it will be well worth it!
