Good place to go if you're looking for Malaysian. I've only had the Laksa, so I can't comment on all items, but the Laksa is very close to the Laksa's I've had in Malaysia.
It's not the most inexpensive place for sure, with a bowl of Laksa running at around $20.00, but it's very good if you don't mind paying a bit more.

Awesome restaurant, thank you to Mamak Dang for the tasty meal. I tried the chicken and beef platter and seafood laksa, coconut shrimp rolls, and roti paratha. The portions are absolutely excellent for the main dishes, fabulous value. The laksa had a lot of seafood and it was flavorful and rich, and the spice and noodle choice gives lots of options for ordering. The platter didn't skimp on curry chicken or beef rendang, and it is a great menu item to be able to try different things. Nice!

Prepare yourself for a flavor experience. Yummmm! Exceptional curries, coconut rundown and noodles. Also try a few appetizers and get Mamak level of spice and tastie morsels of your choosing. The coconut shrimp eggroll is delish with a side of fish sause.

Awesome food and great service. The Laksa is excellent and the rendang beef is the best in the city.

First time trying this Malaysian cuisine located in an industrial area. It's an old bldg with some smell with a few tables and outside parking. They're famous in laksa, curry dishes, rice & noodles. We tried Laksa noodles and Roti Curry chicken. The food is freshly made with taste & favors and very good service. Prices are medium & reasonable. Avoid sitting near the entrance unless you like fresh cold or dusty air. Overall good food and service. Recommended for light eating and take-out.

Overall I would rate this place a 4.8 ☆
The food was amazing!!
It was tasty and flavorful.
The portions were very generous.
And the service was great.
We ordered:
♤ the coconut seafood laksa
♤ rendang beef w/ coconut rice
♡ and the curry fish balls with rotti 10/10
I would re order each dish again & I highly recommend the curry fish balls with rotti ?
I also recommend just ordering to go though personally it was the atmosphere that knocked off only a few points.
Amazing food ! Amazing portions !
An you can tell they truly care about each dish.

The family was craving for some roti and came across this restaurant. We also like the custom noodle bowl options so we thought we'd try this place. It's a bit of a hole in the wall in a non-descript strip mall. But the food was amazing!
We started with 2 orders of the Roti Curry Fish Balls. It was great! The fish balls and broth had great flavour. It also was quite large so I suggest one order of roti by itself and one with the fish balls.
I ordered the Beef & Chicken Special Rice Platter. Now, I was famished but this platter was huge! I had to take some home. The platter comes with wontons, spring rolls, bean curd, boiled egg, some pickled vegetables and rice. I also upgraded my drink to the Susa Kacang Leong Fung (soya milk with grass jelly). Everything tasted great - the chicken was very tender.
My wife and kids shared a custom noodle bowl. They chose seafood as topping, Laksa (coconut curry seafood soup) as the base, and egg noodle. The broth and toppings were delicious and a good size.
Staff were friendly but it does get busy and so things can be a bit slow - you may have to flag someone if you need to. Family enjoyed the food and will come back.

Came here during lunch on a Saturday. The special laksa had lots of items in the bowls which taste great. The nasi lemak curry chicken was good except there was no sambal chilli which we normally had in Malaysia. A small patch of chilli sauce didn’t taste right. The chicken skewers are quite good except I prefer they use chicken thighs instead of breast meat. The roti with curry chicken was good. Maybe I have been having food in our Southeast Asia for decades that I’m a bit fussy. But overall to be able to taste good Malaysian food in Calgary is a heartening experience.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here. The food was amazing and the price is reasonable considering the portions and other comparable places.
Maybe it's because we got there right after two big groups were just seated, but our food took quite a while to come out. My coworker has been there before and he said they don't normally take that long, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I will definitely come back and try it again!

We tried their custom noodles (both chose the special laksa broth). It was incredibly delicious. Our server was very kind in explaining the spice levels for us, and also offered to make it with no spice and provide us with hot sauce that we can add to our own liking.
Service was quick and a good price for the amount of food received. I feel as though there's something for everyone here! We'll definitely be back to check out their other menu options.

Very "hole in the wall" type of atmosphere but the laksa soup makes up for it!! I tried they're chicken satay as well, a little too sweet for me personally but otherwise good!

Truly a hidden gem. I had craving for Laksa noodles and I heard of this place, went and tried it today and it blew me away.
Honestly, the tofu, chicken and boiled eggs were delicious. But it was the broth that took me away! It was so flavourful, spicy and delicious! I highly recommend, and the service was very friendly and kind.
