Never have I felt so ripped off! Have been stopping in here for Chinese food for probably 35 years... never again. Haven't been to North Hill Mall in quite some time but stopped off today... Two half full side-orders of luke warm salt and pepper that has been on the steam table WAY too long and one side of fried rice...$34

No flavor shanghi noodles, honey garlic chicken tastes slightly spoiled, ginger beef also tastes old and not as it should taste. Very disappointing. Addition: I have eaten here before as well as other Manchu Wok locations. It has never been close to this bad. I'm glad you will discuss with the operator at this location. No email is necessary.

I was very disappointed and angry with the service I received at the restaurant yesterday. The waiter was very rude and discriminatory towards me and my wife, who are Asian. She gave us much less food than the white customers, and she ignored our requests for more. She treated us like we were inferior and unwelcome. This is unacceptable and violates the human rights and dignity of all people. I demand an apology from the restaurant management, and I hope they will take action to prevent such incidents from happening again.To make matters worse, I also had diarrhea after eating the food. I suspect that the food was contaminated or allergic to me，even I am a Chinese. I felt very sick and miserable.

This place has the worst noodle soup by far. The veggies were crunchy and the staff charges 5 cents for a bag on a to go order. Its pretty clear just avoid!!!

Mediocre and overpriced food. Servers are not polite at all. I asked for details on one add-on item and the server automatically added that and charged me! Should have gone to Edo next to it or the Thai place on the other side.
