We placed an order recently for a get together at our place. The menu was decided and confirmed multiple times days ahead. On the day of the event we reminded them about the items of the menu we ordered and it was confirmed by Maansi. When we went to pick up the order at scheduled pickup time, we figured out that the dessert what we ordered was not there. She simply said sorry there is nothing can be done and offered no customer service or additional help especially when they messed up with your order. This lately has happened with tiffin service too that they provide. ‘Sorry’ is the most common word if you see if they miss your tiffin, or giving wrong menu items than ordered, dont be surprised.

I have been using their tiffin service for a while now. I was never disappointed with their service. Food was always delivered on time and fresh. I always receive weekly menu which barely repeats. I never had this nice flavorful Indian food ever before. Great Service!!!!

We ordered food from mansi on our sukhmani path. Food was awesome. Food was in the warmer and stayed hot until we served around 1.30pm. Guests were so happy. They loved the food and asking me where u guys did the gathering. I will highly recommend. Specially for during Path because she serve pure vegetation food.

Food quality was Average. Paneer tasted more like Tomato puree. We dont have high expectations But the Food quantity should be Reasonable enough for what is being charged for.
