I really wanted to like this place as I have been looking for a small dessert cake bakery to start ordering from. You would think that most of the cakes have an icing/chocolate shell, but nope. Think *jello* and *recycled animal bones*
Every cake was so horrendously gelatinous which is something I have never experienced in high quality cakes before. And flavourless gelatinous, which was very weird. The centre of the cakes are delicious- but you have to break through this really bizarre layer to get to it and that is definitely not worth it for $10 a piece. Yikes. Kind of reminds me of that slime kids used to eat in the 90s….
Very fresh and delicious, and reasonable prices. The only room for improvement is maybe adding more staff at busy hours. At the time of our visit, there were only 2 serving people, but 3 could speed up the service. Anyway, this doesn't change my 5 star rating.
Really Great breakfast! The Avocado Toast was really good. Also the Lemon tard tasted very good
I bought the 'Opera' cake for our 8th anniversary, it's so good!
Yummy. I have tried a few of their baked goods and all are mouth watering. Cant wait to try more!
It's a very cute cafe/bakery. Lots of options that I wanted to try. I appreciated that I was given an option of the sweetness level in my matcha latte.
The cinnamon bun I had was fine. Nothing standout, which was a little disappointing as I had figured it would've had something to give it more of a wow factor, but not bad either.
The issue I had was the crème brulée. The sugar top was already done before we had ordered it, so it was actually soft and malleable. No satisfying crack or picking pieces onto the spoon. It was like it was already part of the custard.
I do still want to try their tarte tatin though. Looked delicious.
A very nice cafe to go for pastries and a meal. Very friendly service
Deserts are good, but 2 things, the creme brule sugar was not crunch at all it actually leaked all over the other pastries that i bought, so seems like they werent properly stores if they are leaky. Considering this, i believe it's very much overpriced.

I cannot sing enough praise for this patisserie. The quality is absolutely impeccable and the service was above board. I needed a last minute dessert for a special occasion and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. These are probably one of *the best* desserts or baked goods you could ever imagine bringing to a party and trust me, people will ask where you got it from. These are the creme de la creme of fine pastries in Alberta. I will never go anywhere else

Stopped in for coffee. Bought a croissant. One of the best croissants Ive ever had. Light and flakey, but still moist and delicious.
Returned an hour later to buy another croissant and purchase a 6-pack of the take and bake!
UPDATE: I did not expect the take and bake croissants to turn out as good as the in-house baked. But they did. They were perfect! Picture attached!
Dietary restrictions: They have several Vegan options in their take and bake freezer including vegan croissants.
