Great place for a delicious breakfast,brunch or lunch with lots of choices, including pierogies and rösti! Tried their eggs Benedict, it was top notch (with the salmon and exceptional sauce!!). Highly recommend the brioche bread for homemade French toast or unique sandwiches, it really goes beyond on the fluffiness!Also heard that this place makes an amazing hot chocolate and tried it myself many times) the staff truly care about the quality and make it really rich!A must try is the New York roll with yuzu cream - it has everything you’d wish for!!Vegetarian options: They have multiple vegetarian quiches and all frozen products come in a vegan version too!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space to sit in with a kid, park a stroller.
I was in Calgary only for 2 days to watch a Leafs game. I Happened to stumble upon this place while I was looking for an Italian bakery and a beer shop....The pastries looked amazing from the window. Everything was so fresh. I grabbed an almond croissant. It was one of the best ones I have ever had... seriously.The only downside to this place was the staff was not very friendly and it's a little pricey, but I would still recommend trying this place at least once.

For Calgary, these European (French/Belgian) desserts are quite good but I die a little inside when it is time to pay. This is very expensive for what you get. It does fit the bill whenever I have uncontrollable cravings for French desserts and no time/desire to bake.

I ordered a Panettone at this place and I forgot to ask for a receipt.I went a couple of days later and even though I didn’t have my receipt the staff was very kind and I showed them the transaction on my credit card and they still gave me my panettone! By the way, BEST panettone I’ve tried in Calgary! It had chocolate chips and orange peels and OMG I was blown away!My friend had the quiche and said it was next level!I highly recommend this place!

Food quality, and taste is 5/5. They use good quality ingredients, you can tell by its taste and how delicate yet simple the dishes are. Items are priced reasonably.Presentation wise, I'd say 4.5/5 because the food is presented well but plating could really be improved.Service is honestly so so great. The staff are super nice and kind!Ambiance honestly is 3.5/5 only because I see how much potential there is to the place. The food is no doubt absolutely good and I just wish the ambiance could match it just to package the whole brand.My unsolicited comment or advice would be to add art or decor to the place. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad at all. The restaurant/ store ambiance has a homey and authentic aesthetic -- but I just think it could be improved by adding a bit more of decor/ art and perhaps by also improving the table arrangements/ set up.I've been more than once and will keep coming back.
