In 2022 and 2023 their vegan ice cream was fantastic, but in 2024 it has been worse and worse every time we order. They have changed something about the vegan ice cream and it’s just terrible now, to the point that I tossed out the recent half-pint instead of finishing it. Quality has dropped significantly this year and I doubt we will ever go back after our most recent visit.

The ice cream here tastes like it’s been sitting in a freezer for too long. Like stale air or freezer burn. I did not like that taste at all. The staff were distracted and not attentive to the customers. Would avoid this outlet. Usually their ice cream is pretty decent quality but this time I was disappointed.

I recently visited this branch and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The store was impeccably clean, and the staff provided outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their wide range of ice cream flavors and mix-ins. I was especially pleased with how quickly they prepared my ice cream, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. The whole experience was delightful, and I’ll definitely be returning for more of their delicious ice cream. Highly recommended!

The ice cream has a stale aftertaste and after trying the flavours of the people with me, it turns out that everything tastes like the same sugary sludge. An insult to ice cream. The salted caramel isn't salty, the mango tastes like milk, and the milkshake has me wondering what I actually drank. Don't go here. I would have known that if i looked at the outside tables more closely. Half of them are smeared with who-knows-what ice cream flavour and the crumbs of sad cones.

Complete incompetence

Size is less and less.
I felt robed by the prices and quantity.
Last year wasn’t like this. Maybe personal got trained differently but definitely not going back.
One kid and two regular size $24 not included tips.

Asked for a regular size and the indian man there showed me how much icecream it is while trying to coerce me into taking large and he kept taking off more and more saying “ah its actually a little less” until half was gone, do not go to these scammers
