For a well-known brand, I expected a much higher standard of customer service. I purchased a cake and politely asked if a simple “Happy Birthday” message could be written on it. Both staff members appeared hesitant and unsure, which was already concerning. When one of them finally attempted to write the message, the writing was extremely poor and not even placed on the cake. To make matters worse, the message was smudged onto the top of the box instead, completely unreadable.

The entire experience was shocking and disappointing. The lack of basic competence and care ruined what should have been a simple, celebratory purchase. I would not expect this level of service from a brand like Marble Slab.

I love this ice cream shop since ten years ago, but Maybelle T provided some of the worst service I’ve experienced at this location.

Most low quality place with worlds cheapest customer service! Ordered a cold brew and tasted like plain water and got charged 10 dollars. When I provided my feedback, response was that this is the best they could do. I returned the drink and paid entire bill but the lady (probably the rudest person I have met in life) kept repeating the same thing and never even had the courtesy to offer a solution or another product!!!

On top other two icecreams i ordered were watery!!

Only request is when you find people to work here, teach them what is customer service and what a good ice cream would taste like!

Nothing about the taste of the shakes we got but I just can’t believe they don’t have lids for the cups.

The ice cream is decent, but they won't let you order the Sunday, even though its advertised on their menu.

The blue raspberry ice cream tastes like hand sanitizer. I have never disliked ice cream more in my life

The lady name’s Sukhdeepp is very very nice, lovely and sweet. She provided a wonderful customer services. I sometimes come here to buy ice-cream but still very satisfied, since this lady is very kind and offered us with kindness. Please, give her raise she deserves it.

In 2022 and 2023 their vegan ice cream was fantastic, but in 2024 it has been worse and worse every time we order. They have changed something about the vegan ice cream and it’s just terrible now, to the point that I tossed out the recent half-pint instead of finishing it. Quality has dropped significantly this year and I doubt we will ever go back after our most recent visit.
