I absolutely love every single ice cream flavor here! They're all amazing! The staff is incredibly courteous and friendly, always making the experience even better. My favorite flavor is Strawberry, it's unbeatable! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner once, and they were so warm and genuinely focused on ensuring customer satisfaction. Our whole family is hooked on Marble Slab!
Overall, found the ice cream to be extremely expensive and pretty mediocre flavor wise. Much better options out there. Not even counting Marcus and village.
In addition, when you get it, it's partially melted and in the store it's not clear about the menu auctions and too loud to actually ask questions. I found that the service of the gentleman to be lacking and rushed.

Had the triple chocolate flavour and the icecream tasted like your average grocery store chocolate flavour, as well as this, the worker forgot my order flavour (I ordered two flavours and only got one), as well as then forgot if it was in a cup or a cone even though she could've just asked me again to verify. Wasn't even busy at this time as there was one small group behind me, and no one was pressuring them to work fast or anything.

This Marble Slab Creamery location always goes above and beyond every single visit. Endless choices and a wide array of flavours compared to other locations. The service is outstanding. Our family frequents this location quite often for all our ice cream treats and cakes. Amarjot, the owner is such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended to all the families in the Aspen area.

Disappointing experience with regard to intransparent costs. I ordered an ice-cream cake recently that was to be picked up and paid for the next day. The staff was helping me with the flavor I want and the toppings that I could add into the cake. I wasn’t thinking of mixing flavors until she suggested that I could actually do so. Upon picking up the cake the next day, however, I was told that they charge extra for ordering a mix of flavor. Honestly if I was told that it would cost extra when she suggested I could do a mix, I probably wouldn’t do so. But having to pay extra unexpectedly upon picking up the cake is definitely not a pleasant experience

Nice friendly staff. Ice cream is solid. The toppings however can be a bit stale, specifically the marshmallows. The cones are normally good, I have had one that wasnt real crispy, not sure if undercooked or old.

I have been ordering ice cream cakes from this location over the last 10 years. Amil and the team at this location is very easy to work with. I have requested customed cakes with or without photos or a specific design or texts. They are always attentive and tried their best to meet your needs. Highly recommended this place. You won’t be disappointed. PS I ordered a customed matcha cake this past week and asked for pink themed and it was met with great results. I especially appreciated the young fellow named Chaz who was cheerful and patience. Awesome work marble slab Aspen!
