Absolutely fantastic customer service at this location! Our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, their communication was prompt and professional. 10/10, such a good ice cream shop! There’s a huge selection of flavors to choose from, and everything tastes super fresh and creamy. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s the perfect spot for a sweet treat. Definitely worth visiting!

Got two medium ice creams which was almost $20. The portion was so much smaller than other stores. Definitely wont be back.

This ice cream place used to be very good, but the new staff don't know sufficient English to effectively take customers orders. I waited almost 20 minutes for my ice cream even though there was no one else in line and it tasted worse than what I remembered. Something clearly changed, and the management needs to change it back.

Just wanna clarify that i dont think this is the workers fault at all but more than likely terrible management. They didnt have any options and for some reason some if the tubs were full of liquid, after being disappointed by the lack of options i had asked for it to be put in a cone and the ice cream was pure liquid and i was told it wouldnt hold. Was served a bowl of soup.
First time at marble slab. Tues 30th 6pm. Service was slow, hard to understand server, as English is not her first language. Ordered rocky road. The ice cream was scooped and then weighed, God forbid you may have gotten a little extra. The rocky road was actually chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips and walnuts folded in, they were out of marshmallows. They make there own ice cream, which the server didn't know when I asked. It tasted nothing like rocky road, I asked for a refund. Foothills creamery has my vote hands down.

Great service and fantastic ice creams! You get to chose your own toppings and they even mix it in on a cold slab for you! The ice cream tasted great and is made in a way that makes you feel good. Way better quality and taste than dairy queen.

This location is always out of something. Last two visits were terrible. First time they didn’t have chocolate peanut cone, raspberries or strawberries. This last time they didn’t even have strawberry ice cream. I can’t understand an ice cream place not having an extra batch of a particular flavor sitting in a freezer
