I bought the caramel popcorn - it was unbelievably delicious!
Really good ice cream good quality and amazing customer service
The ice cream was amazing and the worker there was super nice and patient with me even tho I stood there for 5 mins being indecisive, she was polite and understanding, she was working today Oct 7th at 6 o'clock 2025 and someone needs to get this girl a promotion because most days im there, the workers are either moody or impatient, but she stood there waiting and answering all my questions politely, making me feel like I was not even being annoying even though I took really long. Gave her a tip amd left. Thank you marble slab creamery market mall, and a bigger thanks to that one worker thst I hope to see there often.

DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPON!! They deserve zero stars!! They say their freezer is broken and will not fix it and will not honour your Groupon! Terrible customer service!

Awesome service + free ice cream
Just came to get ice cream with my friend and her grandma and immediately the woman working had AirPods in hardly listen to what we said and when she did hear my questions she look at me like I was “dumb” very poor customers service and overall was a extremely unpleasant experience. I like to try and give the benefit of the doubt and maybe she was having an off day but if not do better.
I love this place ice cream and the staff working there.

Well I had a groupon for three premade litres of ice cream. First the refrigerator was locked so I couldn’t see what flavours they had. Finally the one super friendly person opened it up. I got my really soft three. It was a hot day so I thought it would be ok…..but they never solidified. They remained runny and had crystals on top. I threw them out. Why bother store bought is better than Marble slab.
One star for the super friendly young person working. She was doing her best but this location is a total fail. Give it a pass
