Love the ice cream! 🍨

Well I had a groupon for three premade litres of ice cream. First the refrigerator was locked so I couldn’t see what flavours they had. Finally the one super friendly person opened it up. I got my really soft three. It was a hot day so I thought it would be ok…..but they never solidified. They remained runny and had crystals on top. I threw them out. Why bother store bought is better than Marble slab.
One star for the super friendly young person working. She was doing her best but this location is a total fail. Give it a pass

Visited marble slab today with my friends and got two regular ice creams got amazed to see that we can get two flavours in that and the toppings were amazing In addition to that the staff was really friends two India girls gave the best suggestion overall was a good experience will surely visit again

Today i went the marble slab market mall i ordered ice cream but the girl in front suggested me the better combination of flavour that was so good and yummy i was with my kids and i bought 3 ice cream 2 regular and one kid size they all were amazing as my first visit was soo incredible.

We bought 2 kids size ice cream here and the lady gave us small amount of ice cream and we always buy in this store and this is the first time we got this small amount. The 2 ladies (Indian) was busy talking with the guy and has no focus on the customer. Bad experience and bad customer service.

I had such a great experience at Marble Slab Creamery! The ice cream was incredibly creamy and fresh, and the mix-in options were endless. I loved being able to watch them blend my favorite toppings right into the ice cream on the cold marble — it made the treat feel extra special. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to offer recommendations. The shop was clean, bright, and smelled amazing. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to whenever I’m craving a sweet treat! 🍨
