Lady at the shop on Saturday morning on December 13 seemed to be inconvenienced that we appeared there to buy ice cream. She was at the back arranging some stuffs and saw us and went to the front almost seemed hostile. She did not even greet us since we were standing there. Ice cream cones have hole at the bottom so the ice cream kept on dripping. Not coming back.

Ordered a large S'mores ice cream cake for my wife's birthday and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The cake was high quality and beautifully decorated - and they also customized the written greeting so beautifully. Customer service was excellent both when I called in the day before to place my order (a nice lady answered) as well as when I came in store to pick up the cake (a young man was working the front counter). They have a wide selection of ice cream cakes, some of them not visible online so call them to ask what they can do - you can't go wrong with any of their flavours!

This ice cream chain is one of the finest in Calgary. They offer a wide variety of delectable flavors and other options such as cakes and smoothies. The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, demonstrating their humility and excellent training. Special recognition goes to Devanshu, who provided us with outstanding service and made our experience truly enjoyable.

We always have liked to go to Marble slab as we have one by our house and they have always provided excellent quality and service. This was not the case when we went to the Marble slab at Market Mall yesterday. My wife wanted to have a chocolate brownie sundae. They used cheap store bought chocolate sundae syrup which was not even warmed up. The brownies were so cold, hard and stale that my wife thought she would break her teeth. The only thing that was edible was the ice cream. When my wife showed the clerk she agreed and threw them out and when we asked to talk to a manager or the owner she said they were not in and that was that. I then followed up and asked for a phone call and did not receive one. I thought for this reason I should write this review. I usually only write positive reviews but this was a very poor experience.

I tried twice today to order something. The first time the counter wasn’t manned, and the second time, there were two people working and one of them greeted me but zero of them managed to take an order. If you’re busy all it takes is a little communication to the customer, but I was the only one there at the time. If you feel like ice cream, you’re probably better off going to any other place in the mall.

Paid 11 dollars for two flavours (taro and cotton candy) and the Taro was ROTTEN. It tasted sour which is definitely not what taro is supposed to taste like. You can also see the literal flakes of rotten milk on the side of cup. Please check the quality of your ice cream before serving.

Carlos is amazing! Stayed open late for me when my girlfriend was craving ice cream and after being turned away at Menchie's northland even though we were 15 minute before closing. I called Carlos and told him I'd be a minute late and he was more then happy to stay open a bit later to help me out! Even though he didn't know the situation I was in. When I got there I chatted with him and found out he was the owner and I gotta say with leadership like him this location is going places! Keep it up Carlos you rock!

There are a good number of choices to choose from, but not all of them are of great quality. They sell the ice creams based on weight, and you can have up to three flavours in the large cone. What you choose, they add certain other ingredients to the ice cream to make the one you want. I ordered chocolate cake ice cream, for which they take chocolate ice cream, brownies, and chocolate chips. The brownie was rock solid, and the indication that those extras are not fresh at all by any means. The girl preparing it had to suggest replacing it with something else, it which case it turned to be an ice cream I didn't want. Overall, the ice cream was fine, but the texture was very soft when it was served.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The ice cream was pretty much served melted on a burnt cone- asked for a new cone because the one was burnt for the employee to say “it’s actually not”.Each cone is single ice cream scoop $7.59- we got 3 cones and were charged $27….. even with GST- the total should not even been that much.Never again.

Took so long to get the ice cream ready that it had melted by the time it was placed in the cone. Waste of money
