I got a cake here for 40 bucks. I've always wanted a cake from marble slab but held off for a specialish occasion. I always knew marble slab as higher end ice cream you pay the price for like anything in life. I got the turtle cake. Sorry folks it wasn't that great lol. Just frozen sugar. Not sure if there's hype at all but this cake had no hype. DQ cakes slap way harder with their multiple layers even the soft serve they put on is tastier. I dunno maybe its just me. You don't know till you try thats for sure. 1/5 on the cake. I think their actual ice cream in cones is good from what I remember as a kid but its all somewhat the same stuff I'd think. If a good friend asked me about it I'd say skip it

Haven't had Marble Slab in quite awhile, but my son, husband & I decided to come for cones today. Looking at the flavors, I noticed some looked as though they had melted and been refrozen (cherry one most looked this way). However, our chosen flavors looked ok, so we ordered regular cones. Ate them in-store, then went on our way... as the day went on we all were struck with awful stomach aches, and then vomiting. Of course my son had the blue cotton candy ice cream. Not fun. Don't know if they have had a power outage or something... but, we won't be eating ice cream for awhile. ??

Haven't been to Marble Slab in ages - and we were pleasantly surprised! We were helped by Nathan & Sara at the 130th location, who provided great customer service! What was great, was they they were very accommodating regarding cross contamination for gluten free/celiac! We will definitely be returning to this location because of our experience today.
Dietary restrictions: As soon as one customer mentioned they needed a separate slab for gluten free, the staff knew what to do right away. And they were happy to accommodate. When asked questions about gluten in their products, they were able to confidently reply.

The man serving me and my friend ice cream was extremely rude even though we tried to be quick and polite with our order since he immediately seemed to be in a bad mood. He was loudly and obnoxiously sighing every time we said something and after that we still decided to tip to be nice and thank him for his time and he was still extremely rude and unprofessional.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not go here!Went in for special dessert tonight, not something we do very often, there was one girl behind the counter when we came in serving someone else, after several minutes a man came from the bathroom and to serve us (side note his shirt was very dirty). I ordered white chocolate ice cream and when he asked about toppings I requested cookie dough, he put one small piece in, I asked for more please, told him I just want lots of cookie dough. The man put half a piece in and informed me that he had to limit it as all he had was the other few pieces in the container for the night. He told me to pick something else, at which point I said that was all I wanted and had I known I wouldn’t have gone there, so I walked out to him yelling something at me. Horrible service!

Please have your employees trained for proper customer service. My son went to pick up ice cream tonight and the guy serving him rolled his eyes 3 times at him. Also he put wrong ice cream flavour in a cup which we didnt realized until we opened at home my 8 was pretty upset.

My girlfriend and I come here regularly as we love ice cream and today we were met with hostility by Ezekiel. We tried to order a regular with 2 different scoops of flavour and he proceeded to shout at us an say it’s by weight not scoops. Then when his coworker asked us if it was just 2 regular scoops and he turned to his co worker (Sarah) and said well she’s paying for 2 regular scoops. Which isn’t no at all what we wanted. As long as he is working here I will no longer be coming back to this location to be met with such hostility and overall rudeness to us and his coworkers
