Yesterday I went there to have a delicious ice cream in noon and i have a really fantastic experience over there.. the store was very much neat and clean, mainly I was impressed with the staff (Shailja) who explained me and encouraged me to try different flavours. Really a very good customer service.

ordered 5 different regular ice creams. 3 out of 5 were completely incorrect. ordered matcha, got pistachio. ordered chocolate amaretto pistachio, got mint chocolate. ordered chai peanut butter, got keylime. i called the store location, employee simply denied doing anything wrong, used rush times as an excuse (an excuse i would understand if 1/5 was wrong, but getting majority of the order wrong is inexcusable), and told me to call again tomorrow and bring the orders in to be checked by her superior. (you want me to keep unwanted ice creams in my freezer and then bring it to your store the next day regardless of other commitments, so that you can taste it just to confirm i'm telling the truth?) i very rarely call stores, if at all, so immediately having my concerns be greeted with suspicion was deeply hurtful. disgusted with this service. the two kids ate their incorrect ice creams before i could stop them, but the mint chocolate is untouched and i will be bringing it on-site tomorrow.
Came when they was closing store 9:50 and instead of saying we are closing she took our order in rush (not even check all flavour have to told kids to just tell which one as they closing ) and not offer any toppings or seems not making good mixtures too we really felt that we wasted our three ice cream money. Please started telling customer that u guys closed if u have to do closing procedure before 10 or posted closing hour.
We can definitely spend that money somewhere else and get better service with better ice cream choices.
