I went to get a free come on my birthday with the App. The App was having issues but the employees were incredibly kind and worked to make a solution. Super friendly staff, impeccably clean inside, and delicious ice cream!

The worse service I had have in a Marble slab location. The ice cream was poor made and they gave way less than it should be. I asked for a s’more ice cream and they look at me like I’m stupid so I have to explain to them what ingredients to use. They also made my gf feel stupid when she asked for strawberry cheesecake and the strawberries that they use were super frozen and they didn’t even wear gloves

Workers don’t tend to wash tools that well after someone else uses them. Also it seems like they took away mini marshmallows? Please bring them back. Also this place it’s easy too expensive.

place reeked of bleach to the point i felt queasy, workers talked about me and my family in another language and gave us dirty looks. they gave us the wrong thing then made it our fault somehow when she was given the correct info

Very bad experience, they didn’t even gave us enough time to choose the flavours. They keep looking on faces and pressuring us. Very bad tactics and very pricey. I would rather get a full pint of ice cream at other locations for the same price. I went with my wife and decided to take only one ice cream as it is pricey. I asked for extra empty cup and they hesitate and said that they cannot give. Never experienced such a rude service. I am not going to this particular location from now on.

Vijay at Marble Slab was incredibly generous when I ordered ice cream delivery for the non-profit I work with. He kindly waived the delivery fee and was a pleasure to work with. Vijay made the ordering process smooth for our group and even agreed to deliver outside their normal business hours. He was wonderful to do business with, and I highly recommend this Marble Slab location!

Far too pricey for what you get. I thought the ice cream was supposed to be weighed to a certain amount? Well it wasn’t and barely filled the small cup. I wanted to bring my daughter here but I can’t justify the price for the very small portions given. You’re not saving money by cheaping out, you’re losing customers.
