Marvel Slab Creamery never disappoints when it comes to rich, creamy, perfectly balanced ice cream, and my latest visit was one of the best experiences yet. I tried Sweet Cream, Chocolate Swiss, and Pina Colada, and all three flavors stood out in their own way.
I tried three flavors at Marvel Slab Creamery—Sweet Cream, Chocolate Swiss, and Pina Colada—and honestly the Pina Colada is the best of all three! The pineapple and coconut blend is super refreshing, creamy, and full of flavor. Sweet Cream was smooth and classic, Chocolate Swiss was rich and elegant, but Pina Colada stood out the most. If you love tropical flavors, this one is a must-try. Great quality, fresh taste, and amazing service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is in response to your last comment which is completely false. I never received any ice cream as previously mentioned because your staff refused the coupon. You should contact your head office like I will since hundreds of children in Calgary were given this coupon on the weekend. I’ll share your response with them too. I’m sure lots of people will be trying to redeem their free ice cream at your location. As shown the validly is until October 31, 2025 and valid for all locations across Canada.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I tried to redeem a coupon for a free cone that clearly states it’s valid across Canada. However, the staff refused to honor it because their system couldn’t pull up the code — even though there was nothing wrong with the coupon itself. There was no effort to resolve the issue or offer an alternative, which made the situation more frustrating. If a company issues a nationwide promotion, it should work at all locations — or staff should be trained on how to handle it properly.

Staff were really friendly, store clean but the ice cream they made was a bit melty, even right off the slab. Needed more time to freeze.

I have gotten so many birthday cakes from here, and they are all good... maybe a little pricey but worth it! 😉
Long story, I blurred out the names but I did custom order some of them, with designs I found online lol. So if you have some fun ideas of icecream cakes definitely try this place out.

Why can I add any toppings I want in some stores, but in others they only let me use 3? What's the law? Is it only 3, or is it whatever I want, and the staff can't add more than 3? I've already tried this in several stores, and it always depends on the person serving.

They did a fantastic job at accommodating on Youth Leader group of about 25 people
