This is in response to your last comment which is completely false. I never received any ice cream as previously mentioned because your staff refused the coupon. You should contact your head office like I will since hundreds of children in Calgary were given this coupon on the weekend. I’ll share your response with them too. I’m sure lots of people will be trying to redeem their free ice cream at your location. As shown the validly is until October 31, 2025 and valid for all locations across Canada.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I tried to redeem a coupon for a free cone that clearly states it’s valid across Canada. However, the staff refused to honor it because their system couldn’t pull up the code — even though there was nothing wrong with the coupon itself. There was no effort to resolve the issue or offer an alternative, which made the situation more frustrating. If a company issues a nationwide promotion, it should work at all locations — or staff should be trained on how to handle it properly.

Staff were really friendly, store clean but the ice cream they made was a bit melty, even right off the slab. Needed more time to freeze.

I have gotten so many birthday cakes from here, and they are all good... maybe a little pricey but worth it! 😉
Long story, I blurred out the names but I did custom order some of them, with designs I found online lol. So if you have some fun ideas of icecream cakes definitely try this place out.

Why can I add any toppings I want in some stores, but in others they only let me use 3? What's the law? Is it only 3, or is it whatever I want, and the staff can't add more than 3? I've already tried this in several stores, and it always depends on the person serving.

They did a fantastic job at accommodating on Youth Leader group of about 25 people

Came in with my whole family. Service was quick, the staff were so kind and accommodating. We had an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

I never write reviews but the experience was so dissatisfying that i just had to write one.

The older indian lady didn’t acknowledge us entering the shop, she had the most unwelcoming face, I genuinely don’t understand how someone so grumpy is working at a place where people go for comfort, we looked like such a bother to her.

Me and my partner ordered 2 ice cream with mix-ins only to see how conservative she was with giving toppings even after asking for extra.

Lastly my partner was grabbing tissues for me and her, our ice cream in a cone was already melting before we even paid so she grabbed us 3 napkins each, the lady called us out and gave us attitude. She proceeds to say “How much do you need?” acting like we were taking the whole dispenser.

Overall, I don’t recommend buying ice cream here because your time will be ruined, spend it someplace else like village ice cream.

Wouldn’t honour birthday reward. Even though I signed up and have ID proof (didn’t have email?) . Bad business.

Any icecream shop I have ever been to and seen a kid accidentally drop their cone the staff are always so gracious and make the kid feel better and give a comp cone. Not this place.

Was also charged for 3 adult cones for 3 kids ice creams.
