Why can I add any toppings I want in some stores, but in others they only let me use 3? What's the law? Is it only 3, or is it whatever I want, and the staff can't add more than 3? I've already tried this in several stores, and it always depends on the person serving.
Pretty good! Strawberries are obviously lower quality (not juicy at all) but the ice cream is nice. Serving is a bit small for the price but I recognize that the store isn't in charge of that, but the executives. Each scoop is weighed on a scale for uniformity.
