Best ice cream! Love it!
Guy with the curly mullet surved me and gave me amazing service

3 staff working, 2 customers, 25 minutes to get one ice cream for my daughter. Online orders seem to be their priority, save yourself the trip in person and just order online because even with delivery it's probably faster
I went to Marble Slab hoping for a treat, but honestly, it was a letdown. The lady behind the counter was rude and seemed annoyed just to be there. The ice cream itself was pretty blah—definitely not worth the price. As for the topping, she just barely sprinkled it on like it was an afterthought. Not coming back.

kaleb provided me with excellent customer service today which makes me motivated to return and to bring my family and friends. Very happy with ice cream and service at Marble Slab. Also had cake for my birthday already and planning and getting another for fun next month
No service, staff are rude and unprofessional
Very different service level compared to other Marble slab stores in Calgary. Need to improve. I felt the staff didn’t want to serve the ice cream.

Every time I have been in to Marble Slab Creamery I have not been disappointed. Customer service has been great, ice cream is delicious and the cones are amazing. I would definitely recommend.
Parking: There is lots of parking available in the area, some are paid and some are short spots for quick pickups.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessible parking as well as the store itself is very accessible.

No food at this location. Help yourself to freezer for purchase of ice cream
Been there twice and both times we paid for freezer burnt ice cream. At these prices they can keep it. Won't be back.
