Very different service level compared to other Marble slab stores in Calgary. Need to improve. I felt the staff didn’t want to serve the ice cream.

Delicious ice cream. Service feels really slow and the layout can be awkward when there are multiple customers inside.

Every time I have been in to Marble Slab Creamery I have not been disappointed. Customer service has been great, ice cream is delicious and the cones are amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Parking: There is lots of parking available in the area, some are paid and some are short spots for quick pickups.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessible parking as well as the store itself is very accessible.

No food at this location. Help yourself to freezer for purchase of ice cream
Been there twice and both times we paid for freezer burnt ice cream. At these prices they can keep it. Won't be back.

I was there to get the Princess Peach Showtime “Strawberry Swirl ice cream”. It was dropped in a bowl without the promotional wrapping and it looked depressing.

I asked for a cone instead to make it look nicer since I was doing video stuff with it and it still looks kinda off. It tasted good but barely any ice cream.

The staff was nice, location is fine looking. It was expensive, didn’t get much and it wasn’t presented very nicely which was a shame.

I don’t expect food to look like promotional images, but it really was lazily dropped into a cup when it was first offered which again, felt depressing. It was nice that the staff added some sprinkles on top to try and make the cone look better.

Parking: It’s more of a walk up area, but there’s paid parking out front in limited demand and it’s angle. Electric charging station spot if you’re into that.

I love this place but recently I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. I was extremely disappointed. It was supposed to have 2 “toppings” in it and it was basically a slap of vanilla ice cream. Although the ice cream was very tasty. For almost 100 bucks I would have expected this thing to be full of toppings. Unfortunately won’t be ordering another cake with them.

Every server will give you something different when you ask for the same thing every time, how is it a Mix-In, if you don’t mix it in, and just throw a few on the top. Beyond lazy, and not what is advertised.

Literally the crappiest marble slab in Calgary. I ordered a liter of ice cream and requested 4 toppings to be mixed into it. They literally handed over a Liter of ice cream with the smallest amount of toppings in a cup to me, they didn’t mix it nothing! Pure lazy!! This place is absolutely horrid. Will never ever return. Do better!

This is the 5th/6th time that I have been there with my child. Went there a few hours ago and it’s been consistently bizarre service. I went in, stood at the till to order and make the payment. Yet the lady at the counter asked for a minute and disappeared behind the ice cream container bins, never to return. Apart from this, this store has thoroughly bad service and poor attitude with the staff being negligent, absent and plain nonchalant. My daughter wanted the ice cream hence I was forced to go in but XOXO across the road in Auburn Bay and even the Marble Slab on 130th are way better, where I ended up anyway. Needless to say, I’d highly suggest EVERYONE reading this not to go in there and go to these above mentioned places instead. At least you’ll get what you are looking for and will be spoken to nicely.
