Best ice cream in the city

Terrible experience!

Ice cream looked incredibly cheap. Man behind us got served first for some mysterious reason so we left. Seems way too expensive.

Love this place. Always friendly & Great service

Brought my husband to get him his favorit ice cream on his birthday before an evening out celebrating. Their freezer is aparantly faulty and yet they were still operating in full force and were not warning customers that the ice cream is not fully frozen (defeats the purpose!!!).
You are handed a cone with melting ice cream, with quite a flat top instead of the round full ice cream top like they usualy do in their other stores. Worse was that it was melting, dripping right off the bat and I had to eat it with speed with no joy. Left with marks on my clothes, shoes and purse, on the evening of my husband's biryhday going out later on with the same stained clothes as we were too far from home. They did not charge me for it but the experience was ruined....

Incorrectly advertised for Baskin Robbins location

I've been coming for several years now and the quality recently has dropped considerably. The quality of the service, and the amount you get for what you pay for is very, very poor. My last several visits have been extremely disappointing. You're best to grab all the things you want from the grocer and make a mixed ice cream at home or definitely support local ice creameries if you're looking for premium quality ice cream.

I order mini ice cream cake on uber I spent 30$ the cake was so disgusting I smelled so weird . The presentation was soo bad even a child can do better than that. I will never order anything from there. Highly non-recommend place. That’s totally waste of money.

Ice cream tasted like stale milk ended up throwing it out. I had to reiterate multiple times the flavour I was getting. The staff seemed oblivious to the set of flavours the location carries.

Also, there was no effort done by the serving staff to mix the ice cream at all, they just put the toppings on top then scooped it into the cones we got. If the entire point of marble slab is to have generic flavours and to let the mix-ins shine. This location, the staff, seems to have missed the memo on that.

It was a Friday afternoon, there were 6 people in the room so I don’t understand why there was such a rush.

Skip this spot, not worth it.

My family 3 orders were being waited on and between the 2nd and 3rd order, the attendant left the 3rd order to prepare on online delivery order. She did not take my wife's order and the other attendant took the person behind my wife. I asked that the attendant not fill the online order rather take care of my wife's order as she was there before the online order. She told me the management has instructed that online orders are to be filled right away. Just a very low level example of poor service.

The ice cream may be good but I didn't get a chance to know for sure. I went with a group of 4 as we decided to enjoy a treat together. There were 2 staff but the treated us as 1 order. As they were working through each of our orders three other people came in behind us, 1 single and a couple, who got served before others in our foursome. By the time they got to taking my order (last in our group), the first person had finished theirs and the second was halfway done. I decided to skip my treat as the joy of sharing decadence together was ruined and I didn't want to waste more time.
My recommendation is to NOT to go if your group is more than 2.
Very disappointing experience.

Only one person working I had to wait for my order like 25 minutes which is very bad service.
