Had their double chocolate chip ice cream and shake , both were delicious.

Since management has changed the store has gone down hill, I ordered a cake from this Marble Slab only for it to be poorly decorated, with barely legible writing. The owner, the person who decorated the cake, said it was to ‘save space for decoration’ which was whipped cream I never mentioned was needed. I took the cake and left not wanting to cause a scene as I already paid for it. I later came back with my family and my mother found a hair in her ice cream. I would not come back to this location due to the unsanitary and unprofessional environment, especially by the new owner.

I absolutely love Marble Slab Ice Cream! I’ve been here a few times now, and every visit has been fantastic. They have a huge selection of flavors, and the mix-in options are generous—big portions that make every scoop extra special. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat!

Recently tried to order here from a food delivery service. They accepted my order, but 20 minutes later I received a call from my driver saying that they didn't have what I ordered and had lost my order so they were unable to cancel the order. I was told to cancel it from my end, since I was the only one who could and then was charged $35 for a cancellation fee....

This place has a new owner and a new management. It was amazing experience. My favourite icecream the Zensation was awesome very mild and light yet very yummy. Highly recommend this place for your icecream fix. My daughter liked the blue cotton candy though I like it's taste but she looks like an adorable vampire who’ve been snacking on Smurfs. Sugar-crazed vampires—with blue mouths instead of blood. I laughed crazy and she could not stop scaring me. Fun place.

Bad Ice cream, please don’t waste your money at this place. I wish I can give zero to this marble slab ice cream

I recently went and had horrible customer service, this latina teenager had declined my request for toppings then said nevermind, i had asked her what she had said and she said im just joking, it had made me very uncomfortable and she had ask for my number, very upsetting performance for this marble slab, get your customers service together.

Over the weekend I had the absolute worst customer experience ive ever had in my entire life. This made me walk out of a food establishment for the FIRST TIME EVER IN 20 years. The worker with the piercings everywhere and airpods in was SO rude just blatantly stares at me and doesnt respond after I say hi. No greeting or anything. No “can I help you?”. Just a disgusted look with no care at all. What topped it off is as I was leaving she proceeds to LAUGH? What a joke. Its hilarious too because I actually have loved coming to this marble slab for YEARS and now I never want to go back into this location ever. I decided to post this review now and not a day ago because I looked at the lower reviews and some of them seemed to be about the same person im talking about so clearly its not just a me problem.

2pm Saturday 7th September 2024, very disappointing behaviour from the serving person. I simply asked about a few ingredients, to which the person sounded very unclear. I asked for the ingredient info, although she passed me that brochure but unnecessarily started saying "i am not lying". "i can not give out ingredient info and customer can only ask her" . I believe if she is not fully aware herself about the ingredients then looking at the info myself is not something weird. The attitude was very bizarre and inexperienced. Regardless, i apologized and clarified that i never meant to offend her by asking ingredients to which again she insisted that i can only ask her (though she had no clue about it). I was able to go next door to Mary Brown's, got great welcome, service, and an amazing chocolate fudge.
