Marcello's Market and Deli

This place is absolutely terrible. They serve cold, rock solid breakfast that was more than likely warmed up from the day before, and they serve old butter chicken literally everyday. There are no food or beverage options, and their advertising is entirely false. There is usually nobody at the counter either, so you usually have to wait around to pay until someone notices you. I work downtown, and have been here several times just to see if they've changed any of their meal options up, and it is never different. Don't go here, it's gross.

Decent breakfast bar, ok lunch buffet. Over priced at everything but quite convenient. >$7 for a small bottle of Kombucha? Sorry, but they are $4 elsewhere.

Updated 2023: I started working downtown again and decided to go to one of my favorite places. I was so so disappointed. Some how the food was both soggy and dried out. They aren't doing fresh sandwiches any more. It's a real disappointment. No longer fresh delicious food and very few options available. I doubt this place will be in business for much longer.

Super bummed about the breakfast I had today. The eggs on the eggs benedict were inedlible..rock solid and cold.The hashbrowns and fried tomates were also cold. The scrambled eggs were the only item I had that wasn't cold, but they were just barely warm and well on their way to cold.Barely ate anything I purchased, but still had a stomach ache almost immediately after.Used to love eating at Marcellos, and I am shocked at how it has deteriorated over the past 5 years. The only thing positive thing about them is their front line staff who are absolutely lovely.

Overpriced lunch buffet, you won't get away without paying between 12-18 for a medium sized tray. Soup on thr other hand was oddly cheap at 6 each bowl.
