I am beyond furious. We arrived and ordered our congee well before two other tables. The waitress gave us a vague 'we’ll see if there’s any left' response. Shockingly, the two tables who arrived after us—who happened to speak Cantonese—were served their congee immediately. When I questioned this obvious discrepancy, the waitress didn't apologize; she was dismissive and rude, simply claiming they had 'run out.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Real dim sum and Chinese food really good service and the food is really authentic large portions so you can take some home and the stuff is really friendly. If you're looking for a real Chinese authentic food I would recommend this place they also have very fair prices compared to everywhere else and portions.

Easily one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. The service was slow, the food tasted like it had been sitting out all day, and nothing arrived remotely warm or of good quality. The place felt neglected, with barely any room between tables, the staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in helping, and the overall experience was genuinely unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I would not recommend and return to Marco’s Kitchen in Calgary. They dare to ask for more tips being served with poor quality service and low quality food. These kind of greedy requests are unacceptable, unreasonable and unrealistic based upon your business class and model.

I never been asked for more tips in their embarrassing and unprofessional way not even in all high end restaurants which treated with five stars service. How dare for them to ask for more tips??? I decided to try this restaurant after hearing a few recommendations from friends. I came around 4:30pm to place a takeout order, but it took about 15 minutes before anyone helped me. Once my order was taken, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I had ordered 6 items, totaling $152. When returned after 20 minutes, the food still wasn't ready, so I waited another 10 minutes. That part wasn't a big issue, but the problems started once I got home. I realized they had given me two of the same dish I ordered ginger beef and ginger chicken, but received duplicates. On top of that, the dishes were overly battered to the point where they barely tasted like beef or chicken. also ordered two types of fried rice, but both were underwhelming. The only dish that was decent was the garlic sautéed vegetables. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning, and wouldn't recommend this place.
I should have gone to Sun's BBQ restaurant.. it would have been better than Marco's
