I moved into the area and have missed quality matcha lattes until I found this gem. Their signature recipe was perfect, creamy, nutty and not too sweet. This was the perfect iced matcha even on a cold and rainy day.

Got a Matcha Latte this weekend ($6) and while I didn't expect it to be the best latte I'd ever had, it may have been the weirdest. There was barely any matcha flavour and there was an overbearing nutty aftertaste with each sip. I wouldn't get it again.

Such an amazing place to grab some tea! Their jasmin tea is my favorite, but I always come back for their Winter Blend tea. The quality of the tea and service provided makes this place an unmissable stop at the Crossroads farmers market!

I stumbled upon this gem by accident. I stop by now every couple of months to stock up my matcha which is much cheaper and nicer than David’s Tea. The girl (I never remember to ask her name) is so helpful and friendly. She offers samples about teas we have questions about and is just a happy and knowledgeable employee. She always spends a few minutes asking us about our day and remembers us every time we come. Although we live in the north end of the city, this little shop and the service is worth the drive.

Usually get my tea from David tea but came across this tea stall buying eggs. Really good service I got some green tea they even gave me a free sample of the Jasmin dragon tear tea. The green tea from here taste better than Davids green tea will be coming back for more tea thank you for being so kind you have got a new customer

I stop by this special tea (specialty - get it? Lol!) vendor pretty much every week for the fabulous variety of teas and the wonderful ladies working there. Their sweet blue raspberry matcha tea is unquestionably my personal favourite and can be enjoyed either hot or cold! I also highly recommend the hibiscus, southern sweet tea and their cucumber lemon refresher tea. High praise and shout-outs definitely go to Shamila, Margarita and Ivy who regularly work there. They are super friendly and informative in helping you choose from a large variety of sweet to healthy teas. Absolutely one of my favourite vendors at Crossroads Market!

Tea had a weird smell like it was kept in a container from a savoury spice. But the ladies are absolutely kind and lovely!!I smelt and bought some Earl Grey tea which is my go-to tea and I drink it everyday. I didn't notice the smell in the market but when I got home and brewed a cup it wasn't the Earl Grey tea that it should be. I had to throw it out because my pantry was smelling of that savoury spice. I hope it was a one off situation as I see there are great reviews.
I am a big fan of match latte so I mostly tried all match latte and tea in Calgary.I guarantee this matcha latte is the best in Calgary. It's moderate sweet and full of authentic flavour of pure green tea!!I am glad that I found this place?The owner is very nice and sweet too

When people talk about food culture, hip vibes and great energy - this place embodies it all.They have a nice curated selection of quality teas. Whatever your taste is, you'll be able to find something that suits you. The owners are very knowledgeable and will spend time talking to you to find your tea.Highly recommend picking up one of their cold teas - SO FREAKING DELICIOUS!Great people, good vibes and quality products - what more could you ask for.

Had the pleasure of visiting Market Tea while on vacation. The “Cream Earl Grey” is delicious! Also while you’re purchasing tea for home treat yourself to a Matcha latte while you’re there, it’s like a hug in a mug 🍵. Shamila is extremely helpful and made the best matcha latte!

They know their tea!!!! Glen has been in business for 14 years and you can tell. We had the green tea of the day and a matcha latte. I’m not a huge tea drinker but you could really taste the quality compared to David’s Tea or common grocery brands. Ended up buying some Chocolate mint black tea for my home and it’s replaced my mid day coffee!

Came in looking for something specific to a health concern and received kind, compassionate, and helpful guidance in picking out a few varieties. I cannot stop drinking the chamomile (I didn't think I liked chamomile, but clearly I wasn't having _good_ chamomile!). Will definitely be visiting again!
