Mary Brown's Chicken

The food at Marrybrown Quarry Park is usually good and tasty. The staff are friendly, the ambience is nice, and the surroundings are clean. For the past month, I have been eating at this fast-food restaurant regularly and never had any issues before.

However, in the past few weeks, the service has become very slow due to being understaffed. Yesterday, during Big Mary Monday after lunchtime (before 2 PM), there was only one staff member handling the counter while more customers kept coming in. This caused long delays, which was disappointing.

I eat at this branch about three times a week, and they always seem to be understaffed, which affects the service speed and food waiting time. I have never experienced this issue before at this outlet, so I’m wondering what is happening at the store.

I hope the management is aware of this situation and can take action to improve staffing and service.

Lately I’ve really been enjoying Mary Brown’s. While KFC seems to be declining in quality, Mary Brown’s continues to deliver consistently top-notch food. Everything tastes fresher, and it’s great to get high-quality fast food from a Canadian company. I really hope they keep up their standards as they grow, because right now they’re doing an excellent job.

Very yummy and juicy chicken, and the fries were delicious. Service was a little slow, but the store was beautiful, and it also had little charging ports for your devices! The outside of the restaurant is also very pretty, and it made me very calm somehow-! Chicken was crunchy, with wonderful texture and breading! Will totally come back!

The worst location of marry browns and one girl here is so rude to the customers. Please do something at this issue there is a girl there who is super rude and doesn't even welcome customers happily and i walked out off the store because of her and never want to go there.Super rude behaviour

This may not seem like a big deal to many but I love pepper on my food. Especially a poutine. Well no pepper at this location and I could not eat my pricey poutine. So I had to order another mini Mary. Was definitely not impressed and will not be coming back to this location again.

Wanted to order chicken at MARY BROWNS CHICKEN, and they said they only wanted to cook chicken pattys, aswell as they didn’t wanna make Mac n cheese, mind this was 30 minutes before close, just cook what I order, not more and you woulda been fine, but instead you gave yourself a 1 star review and a non returning customer.

Aswell as our food was sitting on the counter for about 4 minutes.

Very dissatisfied.

The food completely sucks. I've had better Chicken Sandwiches in about a million other locations, including KFC. I won't come back, and I'd never recommend this place. There was no substance to the sandwich.
