I’ve always enjoyed Mary Brown’s, but my experience at the Macleod Trail location was disappointing enough to make me reconsider. The chicken’s taste and texture were noticeably off, nothing like what I’ve had at other locations, and I couldn’t finish my meal. It was a letdown from a brand I usually trust, and I left wondering what went wrong here. I hope management takes a serious look at this, because it’s not the Mary Brown’s standard I’ve come to expect.

Service was amazing. Very friendly while being super efficient. Had a spicy Big Mary sandwich- yum yum yum yum yum. Blows any of the competitor's chicken sandwiches out of the water (hmmm, odd saying). Location is a bit awkward but hasn't stopped us from going back.

The server, I think her name was pamalpreet (or something close to that). She was very welcoming and kind to our kids. Food was very good and piping hot as well. Mondays are even better because of the deal they have.
