I ordered about $70 worth of food from Skip and they wouldn’t refund my order. My husband had the big Mary and it was disgusting. I ordered the chicken strips Nashville. They had a weird smell in a bad taste. I ordered poutine the cheese smelt so weird I almost puked all over the place and the taste was really funky. The gravy was runny. It looked like water. And the mashed potato bowl smelt and the mashed potatoes tasted really weird. This is the worst I’ve ever had in my life. It makes me rethink having fast food altogether. I’ve had so much bad fast food lately. Takeout is becoming disgusting to me. People serve fresh food instead of crap. I paid $77 and didn’t eat a thing. Wow merry Christmas to me.

Today I visited the store around 6:30 pm , the senior white lady who was on front counter she was very rude with customers, she doesn’t know how to greet and welcome customer, 0 customers service… not recommended when she is working

Ordered a Mini Mary and got a bun with about a one inch long by not even half inch wide chicken tender. Like actually looking in the bag for the rest of my chicken lol. Nothing like the Mini Mary I had out east over summer! Still tasted delicious, though. :)

Drove across town specifically for the $1.93 chicken sandwich promotion, only to be told they were out of sandwiches. They had plenty of other food but refused to offer the same deal or any alternative and I did not have enough cash on me to pay full price, so I had to leave empty-handed, hungry, and disappointed. Poor customer service and poor planning on their part.
