Today we decided to make our first order from you, the driver Oscar brought us a package without a thermal bag at 17:20, to which we asked where your bag was, and listened to negativity from him, and he himself complained about us to the delivery service from which I received a letter! I have a camera at home and a recording of the situation on my phone! How do you even allow couriers to make orders without a thermal bag and what kind of situation are you exposing your customers to?

Very clean food was greater then expected Gurjwed went above and beyond by giving us extra chicken and banana pudding me and my family enjoyed Mary browns for the first time definitely coming back !

Placed an order at night picked up in store. Chicken and fries were okay, poutine had major problems. Tasted like it was mouldy/rancid. Had to throw out after a bite, currently me and my friend have a stomach ache.

I understand I placed an order late at night, however any food sold should still be edible.
Called in and they said they were closing in 2 minutes and couldn’t do anything. Atleast say that I can email a manager/call somebody in the morning.

When workers asked to give the keys to the toilet, the workers said that some Client had already taken the keys, but in fact, after waiting for half an hour, the toilet was still closed. People asked the workers to check in the toilet, maybe someone felt ill, to which the worker laughed, in fact, the toilet was closed, and people are told that there is someone there if the toilet is not working. Say the toilet is not working. At the moment, four people continue to wait for someone to come out of the toilet. I ask the management to sort out this situation.

The staff of this branch is very rude and the quality of the food is also not good. Don't waste your money there.

The lady who took my order was very friendly. I have only been there twice the second time was on Friday June 13. I found the chicken overcooked and not much meat on some of the chicken wings.

Empty restaurant and i still ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my food. Ordered a Big Mary and it was bland and the only thing that i could taste was the mayo. MB on Blackfoot Tr is much better quality and worth going out of the way for compared to this location.
