Liars!! I order food and explicitly and kindly ask for fresh I had three kids and wanted to give them something fresh at the end of the day I’m paying not begging for free food. They got my food I had to run I was in a rush couldn’t double check and then when I got home the fries were so bad like they probably put them back in the frier to make them feel hot but they just got over fried the chicken no too fresh either you can tell when it’s fresh it’s juicy and dried when it’s been cooked for a while. So bad at the beginning everything freshly cooked but now it’s been a while they don’t care anymore

I am so sorry, because the staff here are always so nice and friendly, but every time I order the potato wedges they taste almost like they were fried in burnt/old oil. I’ve tried them at least 3 times now, hoping that they’d be better each time, but they never got better. ): The wedges I have tried from other locations in the city were sooo tasty, which makes it even more sad that the location closest to me has wedges that taste this bad. The taste is just super off compared to the other locations…

Chicken was hard and inedible. Worst Mary browns in the city. I’d recommend going to the Marlborough location. Never had an issue with them.
EDIT: I’ve since called this location, and they’ve generously replaced my chicken sandwiches. While the chicken was slightly better, it was still not up to par with the standards of other locations across the city. Marlborough, Skyview, and South Trail locations simply have fresher, better battered, and better fried “melt in your mouth” chicken.
Unfortunately, 2 stars is the most I can give for this location. As a frequent customer of the aforementioned locations, once you get accustomed to fried chicken of a certain standard, it is difficult to go back to the substandard.
I ordered through UBER This place is a complete rip off!! Their Big Mary Chicken sandwich is a joke to say the least. It is the size of a Junior chicken at McDonald’s. Take you money and goto Flirty Bird in Kensington and get a real chicken sandwich. Complete and utter disappointment Total RIP-OFF

ordered uber eats, order #124. the chicken was extremely bland and almost watery. not sure if the frying oil was off or what was going on, the chicken seriously had no flavour. i also got a dessert and it says on the package refrigerate and consume within 2 days after purchase. but they have a sticker they put on it that says opened 06/08/24 discard 06/13/24 at 4:06 pm…. 5 days. and that expiry is literally an hour after my delivery arrived. don’t give me food that expires in literally one hour. that’s not quality. do better mary browns!! stretching expiry dates is nasty.
