I did not get what I wanted I wanted the double big marry and it was unavailable but it’s on the app in secret menu and in sandwich I wanted it and no one could get it for me I am very unhappy. Now can I get one for free? And no ketchup what the heck

I’m just praying that this horrible excuse for a fast food chain closes, honestly it would be my first, second, and third wish. The menu is tiny and the food is heinous. When I’m desperate i fight between sleep and this and every time I choose this garbage pile I wish I had chosen sleep. Anything is better than this, nothing is worse than this.

I ordered delivery. The food was cold like its been sitting there all day, which was not normal. It was supposed to buy one get one free. Didn't get the deal. The driver dropped it at the door no knock at all. This was the worst Mary brown i have ever had.. not happy with the restaurant service and delivery service.

What is wrong with you guys? I been waiting for my order for about one hour already, still saying preparing????? The only reason here I am guessing is that you guys go are trying to catch the chicken tbh, or you guys are the worst fast food restaurant in town with worst efficiency. Such a terrible experience!

Today we decided to make our first order from you, the driver Oscar brought us a package without a thermal bag at 17:20, to which we asked where your bag was, and listened to negativity from him, and he himself complained about us to the delivery service from which I received a letter! I have a camera at home and a recording of the situation on my phone! How do you even allow couriers to make orders without a thermal bag and what kind of situation are you exposing your customers to?

Very clean food was greater then expected Gurjwed went above and beyond by giving us extra chicken and banana pudding me and my family enjoyed Mary browns for the first time definitely coming back !
