Mary Brown's Chicken

I ordered food through uber for kids chicken had very bad smell and even burger was not fresh it looks the meal was prepared a long time ago and they just make it hot and deliver to home

Absolute chaos Monday.Ordered ahead still waited 20 mins for the order. They were running out of stuff. Hopefully its better on other days....

Went back recently. Things have not gotten better. Somehow the food always tastes awful at this location and smaller. Needs to be thoroughly looked at by corporate at why there is such a discrepancy as compared to other locations.

Chick fil a is so much better. There’s a new one on Mcleod trail

After waiting for over an hour for food to be delivered there is still no delivery person attached to the order. They also don’t answer the phone to cancel the order after it’s been an hour and a half of waiting

Ordered online thru the Mary Browns App for delivery. Order showed on the way and then canceled by thr delivery provider. I was advised to contact the store directly per the cancelation message. When i spoke to the individual at the store, he said the driver picked up the food so there is nothing he can do but contact Uber directly, which I cannot do because i didn't order thru Uber Eats, i order directly thru Mary Browns App. I'm now out $99 and no food with no options for a resolution. I called back and the same Individual on the phone from location stated "the wait is too long to call delivery provider so i cant help you". Cery disappointed in this as there was effort put into any time of resolution.

Dirty place! This place has some food safety issues. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 wing combos. It gave me and my partner food poisoning. We had diarrhea and puked multiple times. Don’t ever come to this place!

Ordered Lunch & got Spoiled Coleslaw, the dressing was so apparently soured that it stunk up the whole room chicken burger was so over cooked it was sort of like eating a dogs rawhide treat... 100% would not order from here!
